I'm going a different tuning route than most. Getting a steinbauer power module and custom tune in four weeks. Sachs clutch kit next summer with wheels and tires. Wanna do an intake, but doubt ill drop that kinda money just for sound with no power increase. Pretty excited. 6spd Mt!!!!!! Love that there's some of us keeping the manual alive. Radar detector!

Why do people rev past redline? I mean the power peaks at 5k and drops after that. I understand that when you shift might keep it in the power band but power drops after 5k rpm. I had a stage 2 mk7 didnt feel much pull after 5k rpm especially considering that the torque drops off significantly after 4k rpm I believe. Too bad I can't prove any theories as I no longer race cars anymore but just wondering.
