I got a ‘15 gt and when I was first getting a little more used to the rubber clutch in it. I went to downshift from 6th to 5th not remembering that it automatically goes to the center position went you don’t put any input on the stick to go to 5th other than shoving it up. It bumps the rev limiter pretty hard at 120 when you hit 3rd and dump the clutch. Luckily my dumb @$$ didn’t blow it up! Turned around 9 grand before I could clutch it. Slid the rear tires about bout 100 feet in a blink hell half a blink. Still runs perfectly though. 8:40

That trucks fast, but anytime you race a “turbo civic” it could be a joke ass D15 with a t3 making 220/160 or an H22 T4 making 550/400 or a K24 with a 72mm making 800+ I wish the F20C wasn’t so spendy I loved mine and that 9,300 rpm scream but a $6,000 stock 4 banger ain’t cheap.
