I love that you didn't pad the video out to meet some arbitrary length for the youtube algorithm nonsense and just posted what your run actually was. Also, great run as always.
I’ll be honest commons are rares are way more important than supers nowadays at least for me I’m running out of commons before I run barely out of supers.
@@matthew.tedford Exactly what I was thinking. I might run this once or twice just to say, there I can do it, and then move on to actual game play that's fun. Some people will probably try to farm the hell out of it though I'm sure.
Nah, devs don't have the time to make any fancy battery shutting down functionality. It's all button presses, how hard could they make it? Like, double the number of batteries, or double the eggs required to destroy? Or triple the spawn rate (nah this is too cheap).
I was so surprised. I hit the first button and ran around in circles trying to defend the tower for like 5 minutes before I realized just hitting the button was all that was needed
i spent like 5 minutes one game running around the termicide dispersal tower cause i thought that i had to push a button there and didnt realize there was just a third battery silo lol
If you had to stay at the buttons this would be tremendously harder. As long as you can just keep running and nothing really stops you, its pretty pretty easy.
Even harder for me... I generally play on level 7 with 3 friends, today I thought "Let's see what I can do solo, Takibo makes it look pretty easy, but let's start lower just to be safe". 5 level 4 Solo missions later, I won 2... :(
No we arent. We got stuck on hellmire because dweebs complained about fire and now bugfront is back to square 1. Atleast the bot chads wiped the bots out completely before they recovered. Bug players are sad af.
@@_NutcasE_They are literally causing bugs to retake planets all the time even without connections because of the oil farms. They are not currently designed to be completely eradicated. Quit being a fucking elitist over a game
Jar for more distance, shield pack to not be slowed, stun grenades, ems strike, gas strike, and 500kg if needed is what I've been running. Ton of xp, and even grabbing the Uranium Samples and still get it done in 4 minutes. But honestly, never stop running throw out a couple nades, an ems or two and done. Also bug breeches don't start until you get close to the first button or bugs. So looking for the samples for a couple minutes if needed, then killing eggs on the way to the first button makes it even easier. Love the videos, keep them coming!
One thing to note, there is a deep hole trap between one of the button and LZ, i forgot where, but saw people fall straight in it and had to grenade themselves.
Congratulations on figuring out a way to farm XP and Liberation points. I hope they put these in Bot planets, make them easier to liberate by completing 3 minute missions on solo. (It is not as easy with Eradicate Automations now).
Of course we do all this for our beloved managed democracy and freedom! Experience, requisition and honor is all just a little bit extra. We do not need motivation, we do it for our homes, for democracy and yes... even for the universe, we will spread all of the good and take away only the bad. Stay crunchy.
Not going to lie, that's a pretty dim shine. It is good for that one enemy, but we have a lot of tools that can handle them just fine and that have other utility. The laser cannon for example can take them out pretty easily, and kill a gunship with just about the same amount of effort. With unlimited ammo. And being able to melt pretty much everything else you point it at. Arc, AC, hell even the nerfed quasar... Each of these can make quick work of a hulk and be effective in other situations. The rail gun needs something to really make it stand out. Something that justifies the horrible charge up time, the horrible ammo economy, and the increased risk.
I think they left these missions fast to offset the crazy pushbacks on the planets... And probably to foreshadow a much harder version on Supercolony Worlds. Heck... just slip a few stalker nests into the area now that their cloaks are buffed, and this sort of mission could very quickly turn into a nightmare.
If you notice, only 3/4 planets can be liberated and freed from the termicide, The devs probably want to give players hope to fight the mutations while we will have to face the mutated bugs on the 4th planet, at least thats what i think it is, giving us a false sens of security
Thing is, if you are doing it "the right way" (lol) it is pretty difficult. Titans in tight spaces are a monstrosity and add to that the hordes of hunters and the occasional chargers you have your hands full.
No, it has to be done on a Blitz mission that has the name “Blitz” in it. It’s easier done on Automatons, and you will most likely need friends or players who know what to do in order to achieve it.
If you want to optimise it, have 4 people in the group and go on a blitz automaton mission. Bring as many orbital lasers as possible and the extraction booster if someone has it. Have 1 person go straight to extraction when you land so that when the objective is complete, extraction can begin immediately. The others go throw their laser onto a bot base and run to extraction. The lasers should do all the work. Extract, and achievement complete.
where to find super samples on this map? Our squad ran all around and did not find them. On the top left there was 0/6, so they definitely were somewhere...
@@nopenope8418 They're there. I haven't figured out the exact signs of where to look for samples in this map but there are super samples. I randomly (or not random, like I said, gotta figure out the map) found a few today.
@@domg6041 Waiting for someone to find rare spawners . Supers and commons arent the bottleneck . I know you can farm samples in scientist extraction but those with randoms suck a**
the first time i went on this mission the whole thing took less than two minutes, the second time i did it we extracted with all the objectives done, and it said mission failed.
You can literally get 8 medals and 1200xp under two minutes on that deactivate tower mission. Just keep running it over and over again. Every ten minutes you get 40 medals and 6k xp.
this mission definitely needs to be harder, maybe add a code to the terminals and make it so you have to stay within a certain distance of the terminal for like 30 seconds. that would make this mission a lot more fun
They could make it so you have to blow up the tower after shutting the batteries down, adding a terminal and an sssd drop and more eggs required to be destroyed before leaving
It's on the outskirts of the map it'll spawn somewhere out there. So far after trying multiple times it's always out there and never inside machine/egg zone
When it comes to missions like this, they should just award you samples when you complete the mission and extract. The higher the lvl, the better the samples.
The mission was lame... I was expecting more. Just basic ass egg hunt with a monitor. even helldive this was way too easy and short. if I quicjplay I keep ending up on already finished misisons. Very lame no new enemies. Just towers with goo on them and wave defense. Missed opportunity.
They was said "NEVER WILL BE INFECTED AGAIN" those 4 planets. now dare to start a CAMPAIGN about them after that BACKSTABING PATCH. They wanna follow TARKOV it seems.
