You can also one hit them anywhere with the commando. Smoke strategem works as well with direct hit. Calling in supply drop or special weapon that uses hellpods as long as any part of them hits the fabricators.
Oh yeah, totally. Since a whole operation can sometimes be upwards of 2-3 hours, I'm debating on either still uploading the whole gameplay video or snipping highlights, but it's something that has crossed my mind and am thinking of doing in the future. Appreciate you mentioning it though to let me know that you (and maybe others) are thinking about it too!
If you think you have pretty good aim, the railgun is a nice choice. You're able to take down hulks and all devastators with a shot to the faceplate and beserkers if you hit them in the pelvis. They've also been better lately now that they can two-shot a gunship on unsafe mode if you hit it in the thruster. Autocannon has always been a solid pick. Able to take out structures but, like the railgun, can take out hulks, devastators and all those other ground troops. The Eagle 110mm rocket pods are a quick and easy choice for dealing with a tank when they drop in, cannon turrets on bases and even with factory strider cannons. The best thing to do against automatons is try your best to find cover and play off of it. Peek out of it every now and then to take a shot. It's great to take stun grenades to line up shots against hulks easier as well as immobilize a group of scout striders or devastators if you're out in the open or in a pinch. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!
With autocannon, i prefer EAT instead commando. Of course you need ship module with launch immediately with support weapons. Destroying two dropships is very satisfying.
@@FlashSonic542Yes, in what aspect is the autocannon worse compared to other weapons on bots? While I'm playing with autocannon, I barely use primary weapon and it is stupid.
