It's the absolute best! It has comedy, mystery and romance! The story's well written and if you've watched pandora hearts you'll probably enjoy it.

The Case Study of Vanitas does a surprisingly good job of mixing serious and light-hearted elements. The characters can go from having a serious life-or-death moment to slapstick in an instant, and it somehow manages to not feel too jarring? Speaking of, the characters are all absolutely fantastic, especially Vanitas himself. My only real gripe is that the lore can get a little complicated and hard to follow at times, but as a fan of the Fate series, I can definitely say I've seen worse.

I think it is but watch the first couple episodes then decide for yourself. The dynamic the two main characters have is entertaining to watch and it gets better later on.
