Hellish Quart - Testing Tarnavski on Samuel (Arcade mode hardest difficulty) 

Tarnavski the "cunning fox", eh?
That description seems to suit him quite well!
He uses a very short blade but his attack range is surprisingly long. And some of his moves has a short delay before the attack starts, which can mess up opponent's timing(as well as the player lol).
I still don't get him even I beat the arcade.
