RH8300 bc KBS and MBC broadcasting companies in Korea are currently having a strike. So all variety shows, news programs, and dramas have stopped production. They are airing pre-recorded programs and specials now. So we have to wait until the strike ends for new content.

In the first concern, I understood the wife's love for Morning but she went a bit too far with a few of her actions. I sided with the husband (but not with all his "playful" antics regarding Morning). Also, I dislike when she said she became attached to Morning because the husband wasn't around as much. Well, it's not like he was out partying or hanging out with friends, the man was working and trying to provide for his family. I understood that aspect of her explanation but I felt it was unfair to the husband.

I still think the husband is crazy for doing that to the dog. If it was a playful puppy I'd have no problem (even though the railing thing is still stupid and dangerous) but this is a dog that was abused just hearing about it makes my heart hurt what kind of dick would do these things when the dog is clearly upset about it? It's fucked up. The couple has issues but the dog doesn't deserve to be caught in the middle.

Wow I cant believe that one person on the panel did not think the husband in the second story was a serious concern ... The grown man mistreats his family and makes his mother cry. Parents have the greatest influence on their children and it is a great concern having a father with anger issues. The father needs to find healthy ways to release his anger and stress.

As a animal lover and owner of two abused dogs, so far it seems like the wife is spoiling Morning a lot. Being strict with them doesn't mean your abusing them :/ the husband is right, but he doesn't know how to properly take care of an abused dog. He's right about the wife's wrongdoings but he also doesn't acknowledge that the dog was hurt in the past and it doesn't understand his "jokes"

The lady in the first concern needs to realize that cute little fuzz ball is not a guard dog. That is a companion dog. If she wanted a dog for protection she should have gotten a different breed.

Can we all appreciate how the husband acknowledged that his behavior actually needed some improvement in the second concern? I mean he was one of the those concerns which weren't frustrating.... also the fact how he wasn't blinded by his self-righteousness and genuinely dealt with the situation as a concern. Most violent people are like that. They end up not changing at all though. Look how he denied everything his sister was saying about how badly he STILL treats his parents. And when he said "I yelled at him so he doesn't makes more mistakes" about the mailman, it made it very clear for me that he truly doesn't see anything wrong with his behavior.

I don't think I've ever seen a dog concern where they discuss proper training of your dog and the poor effects babying or spoiling your dog can have, and they don't seem to really recognise the difference of protective and possessive dog behaviour? Though I suppose the entertainment value remains.

MsLaughingRabbit this show never takes a scientific or logical approach to anything. The Korean title actually means "Hello National Concern Bragging" not Hello Counselor and that pretty much sums it up.

Jisook reminds me of Nayeon and i love her style!,the first concern ended a bit awkwardly since she wants everyone to see her side of her concern,as much as dogs provide love & comfort too you must balance your love for your family and your dog. For the guy in the next concern pray him to improve in his character and to be saved really. I hope the guy in the 3rd concern sees that he doesn't need to workout all day of everyday and yes health is important but you shouldn't over do it

honesty the husband in the first concern is a liar. He clearly mistreats the dog. Even the daughter agrees but he denies everything. I don't think he has more concern than her. I think it is more equal. He is mistreating a dog that only knows an abusive past and is just starting to receive love. He has been receiving love for many many years but the dog has not. The wife focus a little bit more on the dog which causes him to be jealous and mistreat the dog, which angers the wife and she focuses more on the dog. It is chain reaction cycle.

I agree with your comment completely It's nice to see someone having a different opinion Like why does everyone sides with the husband ??? 1)he grabbed the dog by his head wth doing that to a previously abused dog (i trust the child more because you know how the saying goes right ) 2)Having the dog hanging the railing 3)traumatizing his child's innoncence by showing the dog's private parts (and embarassing the dog ) 4)He really seems to know how to manipulate people well (my dad was like that but worse ) Lastly the wife is too obssessive though she needs to chillax even if he is an ex-abandonded dog she shouldn't devote all the attention to the dog all the time and instead ask for the help of a professional, play a bit more with her daughter, stop fighting over the dog unless he abuses the dog and just do romantic outtings on weekends and ask a really close family member who knows how to deal with animals to keep him for the weekend and the daughter can even watch over the dog Like thank you for your comment i was so disappointed by the other comments ;-;

I honestly relate with the first concern because my mom loves our dogs so much so her attention goes to the dogs more than her kids and husband. Like she'll cook them food for them to eat and forget about us so we had an argument, but to my mom our dogs are like her own kids because we're hardly home while the dogs are always there to keep her company.

i bet the 14 ppl who pressed the button for the first concern have dogs as well. i've had my dog since she was a month old and she follows me into every single room of the house, and my dad behaves in the same way as the husband. he owned dogs when he lived in korea and bc he lived in the countryside, they were kept outdoors and treated with minimal effort. i understand wanting to swaddle your pet and go out of your way to make them tasty treats bc they can't do it on their own-they rely on you, their one and only owner, to determine what they eat and where they live. and since her dog was abused (and very affectionate now, by the looks of it), her love for him is tremendous. even sleepy sympathized lmao

I understand why the first lady is obsessed with Morning (he's so so so cute btw ♥), he was abused and it must have been hard to make him trust humans again. She did an excellent job, and I understand her concern. Fortunately her husband seems like a good man and it looks like he's still very much in love with his wife, so I hope they both understand each other instead of fighting.

In the first concern, about her eating dog food, what's the problem? Dog food is tested by humans before it's fed to dogs. There are people who basically eat dog food for a living. It would be odd if she decided to eat it instead of normal food, but that's because it's for dogs. The nutrients in that food is based on what dogs need, not what humans need. Although it's probably healthier than what a lot of people eat.

KBS strike. No new episode this week either, they just replayed the Wanna One ep.

sarang i think we'll be able to have a new one subtitled next week because on KBS Entertain channel they posted some extracts from a new episode in Korean. Maybe KBS did a pause regarding Chuseok or something like that ?
