❥ 50g granulated sugar (1/4 cup)
To decorate / assemble:
For the filling:
❥ 250ml heavy cream
❥ 15ml vanilla (1 tbsp)
❥ 40g granulated sugar (1/4 cup)
❥ Diced strawberries
To decorate:
❥ For the bow: red / green fondant and white food colouring
❥ For the eyes and whiskers: black fondant
❥ For the nose: Heart shaped sprinkle
❥ For the sides: Heart shaped cinnamon heart candies
❥ For the Santa hat: Strawberry + white fondant
