Download the alpha: helloneighborgame.com/hideand... Find out what happens before the events of Hello Neighbor in this dramatic prequel. Coming this December.
1.The neighbor's wife died in a car accident. 2.The neighbor got depressed. 3.he stopped caring for his kids after a while. 4.The brother abuses the sister.
And something about a organization, that represents themselves as crows/ravens 1. The sister has a crow/raven tattoo marked on her right arm 2. The crows/ravens are fakes and are probably machines created to spy on this family in particular 3. Even in the very first clip, the neighbor (I assume) gets out of his car and in the background you see crows/ravens hanging around him 4. At 0:57 you see the same crow/raven looking down at the burning city 5. At the very end you see the crow/raven crashing through the window and snatching the doll
actually, the wife died in a car crash. the neighbor and his son, Aaron, became depressed, and started putting their anger on the neighbors daughter, Mya, and they started to abuse her
Honestly, all the Hello Neighbor games are great. I love how people can just make random theories of what's happening because it always leaves on a cliffhanger. I love reading everyone's thoughts, and love every single Hello Neighbor themed game!
This looks infinitely better than the first game. Maybe it's because the gameplay looks smoother? Is it because it's giving us answers? Not sure but I'm HYPED!
Keyin the one thing you missed in your video about this is in the demo when he is on the phone Mr Peterson wears gloves but here he doesn't but he does have a watch on
So the rollercoaster that you see near the end that has hands in front of the cart, pushing a cardboard girl = Aaron pushing mya... then there was a grave at the back of the neighbor's house
- Family moving into their new home - Kids like playing hide and seek games together - 0:52 The kids watch as the parents leave ( dream from the first game when the neighbor helps wife into the car and drive off) - With the parents gone the son decides they want to order pizza (see the son with a phone in his hand) - Parents car crashes with the pizza truck killing the wife - 1:01 Kids could be hearing the sirens from the crash, and start playing a game about a fireman putting out flames. (son with paper fire hat/daughter with firefighter hat) - 0:56 the city on fire is another imagination land, this time the girl tries to put out fires while boy starts them possibly - Father returns home to his kids, (after hospital dream from fist game) The doll actually represents the wife, with the blue dress and short hair like the wife in the family photo found in the first game Which is why the daughter carries it around with her now, she misses her mother (dinner table scene) I believe most of the places seen that aren't the house are different hide and seek imagination lands through the door, not actual locations (could be wrong on some like the graveyard) Just my thoughts
Maybe the doll does represent the daughter, but the gun is a toy, at 2:11 you can see the cork the brother shot at her, having just hit her in the back falling to the floor. (no way is she getting pushed off her feet with that) The gun could be used in another imagination land world, like a cops and robbers, 1:22 could be the world for that game + He probably pushes her (since the roller coaster dream from the first game has little pushing hands, and its on top of the roof, no sign of a gun)
Here is how I tell the events: So, the Petersons have finally moved into their new home in Raven Brooks. Aaron and his sister (who I shall call Mia) decide to pass the time by playing hide-and-seek games, navigating through several big worlds created in their imaginations. Unfortunately, Mr. Peterson and his kids suffer a huge tragedy; a Pizza Truck collided with the family car, fatally injuring Mrs. Peterson and leading to her death. Despite his depression, Mr. Peterson tries his best to help the kids. However, the passing of his Mother has taken a toll on Aaron. Soon, he loses it and begins disobeying his father while also abusing Mia behind his back. Finally, Aaron goes a step too far and shoots his younger sister with a toy gun that was loaded with actual bullets. Mia is hit and falls out the window, killing her almost instantly. Mr. Peterson flips too and attempts to lock his son in the basement to stop him from doing anymore harm to the now-deceased family. After a few months, the events of Hello Neighbor play out, with little Nicky Roth kicking a ball down his street, when he hears a violent scream from the Neighbor’s house... Well, what did you think? 😄
That's a pretty good telling of the events tbh. It doesn't sound out of place unlike the kids in the comment section who make weird theories like "omg the shadow controls the son which is why he killed the daughter with a gun!"
I'm not even gonna say anything about it not being until December This. LOOKS. AMAZING. WAY better than what I was even Expecting. Hope you let Everyone working on this know how good of a job they're doing and that they got people supporting them

This apparently took place after the novel. The boy must be Aaron, Petersons(the neighbors name) son. From what I can get out of this the mother died (from the car crash you see in hello neighbor) and it was hard and devestating to the family. Aaron is apparently grieving and is not taking it very well turning him into a friendly boy into a harsh person. The loss bringing the family down. As you can see by Petersons change in attitude especially at the dinner table. The daughter is the strong one here trying to hang on but everyone else is changing since the lose. (grief will change people this way.) and the daughter is now dealing with abuse from her brother. Taking her doll and making her play hide and seek (I can tell he makes her play as a way to bully her. Finding her and making fun of her about it) although i'm not exactly sure what the fire has to do with anything. Maybe like the nightmare rooms that represent fear and overcoming them the fire represents her life and family, things crumbing down around her. Things are just falling apart since their mother died. (or it could just be an incident. Maybe she ran away from her abusive family and a fire started and she was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. It could be how she dies. Or maybe the authorities find her and save her and find out about her father and maybe she gets taken away I dunno) perhaps in the end like we see in the trailer he shoots her with the gun and what the doll represents is her falling. Like the coaster in hello neighbor when she falls and the hands reach out. Maybe as she falls Peterson shows up to see what's happening and reaches for her but is too late. Or like on the coaster on the roof. Maybe Aaron misses and breaks the window and she gets scared and climbs onto the roof to get away from him. Either he chases her and Peterson is outside and sees what's happening or goes into the room and goes after her. Scared of her father she backs away as he tries to talk her down and convince her it's ok and he wont do anything. But as he gets closer she backs away, not noticing how close she is to the ledge she stumbles. Peterson will try to catch her but like the coaster she falls and....dies. He was too late to catch her and she falls. Peterson now once again washed with sorrow at the loss of another family member becomes enraged about how his son has been acting blaming him for her death. Displeased with his sons attitude and behavior he perhaps does lock him up in the basement. Then one day Nicky (the name of the player) is just playing with his ball until he goes by his neighbors house and hears Aarons screams as he and his father struggle to get him back into the basement. Nicky's curiosity makes him investigate the house thus starting act 1 of hello neighbor. Although I could be wrong about the last part. But its most likely Aaron IS the one locked in the basement. Who else could? But it wouldn't explain how he got out however since when you go in it's just a bed and food in an empty room. Aaron being the inventive kid he was managed to find a way out perhaps taking the same vent in the basement Nicky uses in Act 2 to get out and he slipped away through the backyard who knows. Edit: the daughters name is Mya Edit 2: after watching the trailer again I think that perhaps the basement may be a way of punishment. 1:29 here maybe Mya told on Aaron and Peterson is telling Aaron to come for a time out in the basement which angers Aaron even more. You see the neighbor sitting there by the door so maybe he's making sure he doesn't get out until his punishment is over, who knows. Edit 3: After seeing the trailer again and looking at it more closely I may be wrong about the basement thing cause I think that door is just the entrance door to the living room
@@someartist7746 Well im sorry mate, I didnt read it yet. I found it at target and read chapter 1 (cause its literally a page long), a bit of chapter 2 and the description on the back. So I know the names and sorta about the story. I knew of the book I just didnt know it was released a long ago otherwise I probably would of gotten it a long time ago. I know enough details though to piece things together
@@keybladegames_real well I still like your theory because you can get solid evidence from other things than just trailer which is what I'm doing too :) it's probably going in the right direction...
There is just one Hello Neighbour game, what the heck are you talking about? (Secret Neighbour is not out yet, but this game is going to be the most insane Hello Neighbour that we *will ever see* .
This story is truly engaging I love it!for a whole year and a half hello neighbor was my adictition and that made it my friends.i love this concept and story so so much thank you for introducing this franchise to me tinybuild.
1.Happy Times 2.Wife Dies 3.The Neighbor Gets Depressed 4.The Neighbor Starts To Go Insane 5.Brother Kills Sister 6.Neighbor Locks Up The Brother 7.Main Game Events Take Place.
The doll is a repesentation of the mom. Im the thumbnail we see them playing with the doll and the sister is spraying ketchup under the doll. Mabye reflecting the death of the mom... im pretty intrested in the story so far!
And i like how we see the family splitting apart from eachother, the sister is sad but is still trying to move on, the neighbor is really depressed and the son is really angry and grumpy for some reason
What does tinybuild have to make this game sad 😭 First the wife dies And then the daughter dies This is sad I have a twin sister i play with her all the time! And even when I'm sooo angry 😡 I would never push her out of the roof because i care about her soo much
And considering that it's about for four or three months till release, it probably won't be long, instead of the amount of time it took with the main game. Or then again, they might end up delaying it again. Who knows?
Everyone Is Weirdly Putting Speculation That Arron (the boy) Killed The Girl Which Doesnt Make Any Sense,First Off:Why The Hell Whould A Brother Kill His Own Sister That Is Illogical,Second:The Neighbor Is Mad And Depressed Thats Why Arron Becomes A Bully To The Girl She Is Afraid Of The Family Now,After That One By One The Children Dies,No One Is The Villain Only The Fact That Someone Cursed The Neighbor,With Bad Luck (and the rest should be self expanotory for you guys)
This Series has so much potential with this game coming out in december and the multiplayer game i really cant wait for this so much story and depth about a family and its downfall cant wait
