I was going to point that out. I was hesitant to watch this video because it is a sensitive time for everyone and influencers and celebrities need to be cognizant of that. It’s not really a time to show off your huge home whole Others are on the verge of losing them that’s very insensitive. I’m glad she acknowledged the times and use this to hopefully inspire others. Agreed, the kitchen and backyard are really grand when she fixes it up. However for the trade offs she made, guest closet space, bedroom space, bathroom space etc i feel this was definitely a downsize.

I like that Adrienne is sensible with her money. She realizes getting the most extravagant and expensive items just to show off is foolish. Shopping with Amazon and Home Goods are things available to the average person. She has excellent taste so she chooses great pieces to accentuate the space. She's a very keen design aesthetic.

@@DarlingWheresthecoffee A has been very open about their struggle to conceive a child. I feel like they have been trying for ATLEAST two years with no success. Also, A seems to be very focused on her weight loss goals, so much so that I doubt she is pregnant or even actively trying to conceive anymore. Plus, she is close with the Kardashians and now lives in their neighborhood (Calabasas) so I would not be completely shocked if she reached out to Kim to learn more about her experience with having children via surrogacy. Oh and lastly, A said that she doesn't have 2 years to build a home from the ground up, implying that their seems to be a bit more urgency in getting into a new home and relatively quick. I could be totally wrong but that's just my guess.

I honestly love how Adrienne is going for more of a humble, modern, homey vibe verses her last home. Don't get me wrong, it's a big house and will definitely have the class and glam Adrienne loves. But the homey, more humble feel is just nice to go home to. I like homes that make you feel at rest and focused on the people you love.

Well not sure if u live in house but if u ever had work done replacing flooring is pretty damn expensive. Most folks will easily be paying $8000+ just for average wood flooring. I paid around 10k for my 1100sq ft home, didnt even put hardwood in the basement like I orginally wanted sadly
Kelly101Girl I’ve owned 5 homes ranging in size from 1,500 - 6,400 sq feet. Last home we replaced the tile floors with Brazilian tiger wood at the cost of close to $50,000 and that was only the main living area not the 5 bedrooms. It still is FAR less than redoing the 3.5 baths, kitchen, windows etc that she is talking about. She could easily drop $100,000+ on the kitchen alone.
