Hello. I was wondering if there is a way to have Hello Custom add an "apostrophe s" to a name automatically. For instance, my template would show the name tag area as "Sarah's" but the person purchasing only gives their name "Molly". Would Hello Custom be able to automatically enter "Molly" as "Molly's" in the name area, or would I have to edit the purchase order to add the "apostrophe s" to the end of the name area? Thank you!
I am new to HelloCustom and just integrated it to my etsy shop. Thanks for your videos as I need much help in all of this Etsy shop stuff. Your phone case video is what motivated me to integrate HC to Etsy. My question is I want to make some personalized products targeting crohn’s/colitis warriors like myself and was wondering if the “Name” tag would recognize “Crohn’s” “Crohn’s-Colitis” “IBD” as Names giving the customer to enter the name of which named title of their disease they are battling as we all have either one or both we battle. Example [NAME] Warrior, Since [DATE] so for me mine would be personalized to say Crohn’s-Colitis Warrior, Since 2009. So just curious if the system would accept that otherwise I will create my designs and personalization another way. Thank you I appreciate you!
Great question! Unfortunately, right now HelloCustom can only recognize names for people/pets. We will be adding more features in the future in 2024. I love your idea and the direction you are going. We also have live chat support now on HC if you need help with anything. :)
