I am a husband to my high school sweetheart. I am a father to two wonderful children. I am a business owner who loves selling on Etsy.
I started selling on Etsy in June of 2020. Since then, I have done over 200,000 sales and $2.6M in revenue. I nerd out on lean manufacturing and optimization. So much so that I developed a software, HelloCustom, to help automate the personalization of our products.

Hi Stephen , I uploaded the PDF template but the products are not syncing, I am trying for the past few days. Is it just not working ? Let us know please. I have active products on amazon now but are not customizable until HelloCustom works. Thanks
@@nincompoop7454 It's still not resolved, HC said that currently there is an issue with amazon taking long time to sync and they are actively working on to fix it and should be resolved this week. So, they are aware of the issue. I personally think the platform was not tested enough before going live. Hopefully it will work by the end of the week otherwise I need to re-think my strategy.
@HelloCustom On your "How to 3X Conversion with Thumbnails" vid from a year ago you instruct us to make square image tiles, but now it seems you're using rectangles that are a bit wider than tall. What are the new dimensions for these?
Hey, I was about to use this lifetime offer, but I wanted to publish products from Printify first (Not customised), but after 8 products it says my ASIN creation limit is reached and I can not upload products untill next Sunday GMT 00.00. What to do now? How to solve this? Anyone else are facing this problem?

it's not working, HC is not getting the Active listing from Amazon, it doesn't matter how many times I sync and HC's customer service has no idea what they are talking about. I know this is all new, HC has a lot of work to do to get this working properly. Amazon is a Beast and doesn't work well with third-party integration
Hi Stephen, I have an Etsy question.. I am planning to open an apparel store for Dog lovers wherein I will be putting designs for Top 19 Top dog breeds in U.S.A and the 20th section would be dedicated to other dog breeds.. Now my question is that Should I only put 1 product that is t-shirts on my store OR Should I rather have 2-3 products (t-shirts, mugs, blankets) under each dog breed section to give the customer more buying options and thereby also increase my Average Order Value? I would appreciate your response, thanks!
you guys need to work on color fonts, Hello Custom does not read them, plus you need to ad a button to upload a font without the need to going back and forth to see if is available in Hello Custom, also need a font list that is visible BEFORE one uploads a design
has anyone ever had this error on Amazon after publishing a product? "This SKU has an inconsistent product classification with the ASIN. Please submit a feed to update this SKU to match the ASIN product classification."
I haven't received that one, but every item I've tried to list from Printify to Amazon has a publishing error. The listing has 9 variants and I've tried at least 10 times with no luck. Have you gotten anything to publish successfully? Printify gave me a possible work around by going through Google Chrome incognito, but nothing is working and I'm spending a lot of time on this. Hello Custom stopped working for me 3 days ago and none of the customer service fixes worked and I haven't heard from anyone at hello custom for 24 hours. I've sent messages and emails and I have almost 100 templates to upload in anticipation of q4 and I'd really appreciate a helpful response.
Awesome interview! What % do you shoot for in net profit… or what percentage can a person expect to earn in profit? I’m assuming advertising dollars helps with that level of revenue, right?

This was so sweet to watch, I'm a single mum of 3 kids and gave up on my business dreams to raise them, we struggled financially a lot but I was always there with and for them. Now they are older and have more independence I'm focusing on my etsy POD shop and determined to make it a success, we all deserve it. Great advice Jessie and Stephen!
I’ve watch videos in RU-vid on how Hello custom works with printify but it’s very confusing, I sent a message to Stephen but I didn’t get a response, I don’t offer personalized items because it takes a lot of time to make, I am a busy mom with a disabled child that needs 24 hours care 😔 I wish I could use hello custom to be able to offer personalized items in my shop and make a bit more income to support my kiddos
