Helltides ARE insane now. They are way better, there is a reason to farm, better mob density, on and on. Yes, I'm on the PTR too.

i wish they have a new aspect wolf into bear , permanent summon ancient warrior for barb, and powerful hydras for sorceress. 😢

You need too many veiled crystals to use the new systems expansively.. you have to just wait until you get a really good item now. Otherwise, I love everything else. Also, it seems like they lowered the Cinder drop rate from enemies, but there are more, so it's weird.

The Helltides are super fun but the little mini bosses that you summon (some demons I think you summon with mats and the season 2 NPC's you summon from just filling up the bar) are pretty tough to beat solo. At least as a Necro and Sorc they were. You can just run away from them if you can't beat them but I saw a lot of people wiping out to them.

Open world challenge is missing from this game. Tougher helltide fights are good IMO

Alot of things are better but...Too many items are dropping, I should atleast be able to play for a hour before going to town but that is not the case. So many thing happening on the screen you can't even see you character anymore. Not many meaninful fun fights that you remember, still game feels like a chore more than a real game. Zoom out i still not enough, should atleast be 3 levels of zooming. Too many things on ground to pick up, very annoying and iterupts the game flow.

An hour without going to town? That's an arbitrary thing to say. And as others have posted as well, the item drop rate I believe is 3x because of ptr.
