Yeah it's really not. Stolas is an EXCELLENT family man, it's Stella that's a HORRIBLE fucking person in like, every way. Next episode, they'll get it.

Episode 4 gives the best view of this, there's a poster in IMP's office that features Blitzo and his sister Barbie Wire on it. Even in the pilot you can see a similar poster that features Blitzo and TWO sisters, one of which based on this episode was changed to be his mother. You can even see a picture of Octavia in the pilot episode. It's really impressive how well planned out this series has been.

By calling him out on it in public? I don't think so. He and Fizz were lashing out and talking shit due to their own insecurities about their public image and romance.

You really don't get the full story until s2e1 though. That extra context is important. Until you know that the marriage was arranged and Stella basically always treated him like crap, it's reasonable to think that this started with Stolas being unfaithful, and Stella's just at wit's end.

@@FabbrizioPlays Not really. Every time we see her, there are hints here and there that show that Stella is just a vapid bitch. I always knew she was no good.

@@FabbrizioPlays Stolas heavily implies that the marriage was not something either of them wanted while he stammers to tell Octavia the truth about them. By Loo Loo Land, a lot of viewers already had the idea that Stolas and Stella were arranged. But yes, we're never told how bad it really was, and Stolas himself never wanted Octavia to know. Which is why he never says anything.

Stella doesn't give a fuck about the fact that Stolas cheated on her, she cheats on him as well. She cares about the fact that he cheated on her with an *_IMP._* Imps are the absolute bottom rung of the societal ladder, literally worth less than dirt. Stolas cheating on Stella with Blitzø is basically implying that he would prefer dirt over her. Stolas & Stella were arranged without Stolas having any say in it. You watched S2e1, so you should obviously realize that Stolas always had feelings for Blitzø ever since they met. Stella was antagonistic to him for the *_ENTIRETY OF THEIR MARRIAGE_* with absolutely no reason for it other than *_because she could._* It wasn't spurred on by Stolas cheating on her. All that did was give her a specific thing to antagonize him with. She was only ever offended by the insult to her status that came with Stolas cheating on her with Blitzø.

As unfortunate as it is, yeah they transition into season 2 JUST fine.

Actually the sins are third in power in the series. The rankings up to stolas are; 1. Lucifer 2. Lilith and Charlie 3. The other sins (lucifer counts as one of the seven deadly sins in this universe) 4. Stolas and the Ars Goeitia

He's technically a king, he rules over the ring of Lust. While Lucifer rules all of hell, each individual ring has a different ruler. Seven kings for seven rings, then next are the Ars Goetia family (nobility & aristocracy) then the overlords like Alastor & Vox. Then there's everybody else.

Princes rule over the rings, not kings. It's basically King Lucifer>Charlie and Lilith>the Princes of the rings>the Kings of Ars Goetia.

@@maxmachac9756 It was something that could be guessed, yes, but I believe most Helluva Boss fans thought Stella was at least decent before The Circus. There was a lot of surprise (and a lot of people claiming it came out of nowhere)

I have a theory that whatever caused Blitz's severe scaring also claimed Fizz's limbs, as well as possibly killing Blitz's mom. We never see her, & we saw how he teared up at her picture. We know there's a good chance that whatever happened also traumatized his sister, since Verosika saw her in rehab.

It’s speculated that she is dead and he was possibly at fault. If you notice he wears her necklace. Also yah his sister is probably in rehab from doing alcohol/drugs to forget what happened or depression, while Blitz pushes people away feeling that he doesn’t deserve love and so he doesn’t feel the hurt when he loses someone he cares about as much as he did his mother.

It’s also kinda stated in episode 6 that Blitz wants a happy relationship but can’t figure out how to, “I believe it’s your subconscious trying to tell you that you can’t fathom proper intimacy, but also crave it as well. It’s rather unfortunate sir.” (Might have some of the wording wrong) This also explains why he keeps putting himself into Moxxi and Millie’s love life because it’s how he wants to be.

Also, even though Stolas is of lower rank, he is still a family member of undetermined relation, so it isn't unusual if Asmodeus referred to Stolas via a proper title.

In this particular situation? Definitely. The whole problem would not have gotten as out of control as it did if Blitzo respected M&M's boundaries and didn't go through all that effort to intrude on their holiday because of his insecure desire to feel included on a relationship he isn't part of. Verosika might be a gigantic bitch, but seeing how Blitzo destroys his own relationships, it isn't hard to see why she mocks him.

If I remember Cleary the Hierarchy of Hell is. 1. Lucifer and His wife and Daughter 2. The 7 Deadly Sins (Except Lucifer) 3. The Groeisha (Stolas) 4. The Overlord Sinners (Like Alastor) 5. Normal Sinners. 6. Imps. 7. He'll Hounds.

Add insult to injury, Asmodeus is also a king within the Goetia clan. He outranks Stolas both in Hell, and in their own familial structure.
