even before that, when he takes out the hat the apple is sad. He changed it just with his enmotions. Only demons with a real lot of power can actually change the world around them (in universe at least). We have seen that just with Alastor and Charlie.

I like to think that every time he gets censored he is profaning (is that a word?) that not even hell deems appropriate because that is how messed up it is.

Personal point of views are a bitch. From hers, her parents were happy until Stolas fucked up and slept with an imp. Because we have a more omniscient point of view, we know Stella is a fucking bitch and Stola's marriage was a loveless, arranged one. But all Octavia knows is that her parents seemed happy when she was younger, and as teens are known to do (we ALL did, don't lie), she didn't pay attention until the situation changed. So, without knowing the circunstances not knowing Stella's true face, Stolas is the one at blame here. At least until you pay attention to what Stella is really saying, but no child want to pay attention to what their parents are screaming when arguing. We all liked to think that our parents are all-powerful, inmutable and always happy and there for us. What doesn't work as well is the fact that, in later episodes, Stellas is really dumb about how she goes with this situation. That speaks badly of Octavia's intelligence.

I'd say it's more along the lines of lust than love. Stolas can't help but to hit on Blitz every chance he gets. Probably even part of the reason why he called him in as a bodyguard, since Stolas shows he's more than capable of handling himself at the end.

I think this adds a layer of complexity to this universe. Hell is not only a place where sinners go, it's also a place where newborn souls can live on (and maybe even come and go, since they're not in there as a punishment). A whole world on its own right. Or maybe I'm just over thinking it.
