If you make another one of these, I recommend breaking up the episode scenes. Randomize it more. You can tell the episodes are in order here, you shouldn't really be able to do that in an out of context vid
@@AManOnline. i was gonna but that would confuse me alot while editing, i just wanted to cut the clips as i went along with each episode. but i can try that in the future for other stuff
@@moviemaker2011z she gave striker a weapon that can kill demon royalty for this job blitz can die to normal guns so why would striker need the special rifle if he didn't use it to kill demon royalty? like stolas
Can we just take a moment to acknowledge the amount of effort and dedication put in to the fight scene in episode 6? So much detail and time put into it, it's one of the most insane animation scenes I've ever seen.
“DONT LET HER **ACCESS** ANY OF YOUR HOLES” is my favorite line in the entire series The implications this has considering succubi across different cultures and religions is just 💋
The subtle details in these episodes keep me watching again and again. Right as Blitz says “I’ve had one too many emotions for today”, Blitz looks down and his voice wavers a little, and Moxxie notices and looks over in concern, almost like a “holy crap, his acid trip must’ve really fucked with him. What happened in his?”. The whole moment comes and goes so fast that I never noticed it before, but it adds so much to what is very easily missed by the incredible action scene that it leads directly into. I am so here for this level of attention to detail.
One thing that this show does really well that you don’t really see in other “super violent edgy adult cartoons” is they incorporate the violence into the themes of the show really well. The fight scene at the end of episode 6 is hyper violent but in a way that spells out the main characters’ arcs and development and relationships with each other so beautifully. The violence doesn’t feel like stupid superfluous shock value for the sake of shock value, but it’s an actual part of the story. It’s additive
One thing I've learned from episode 6: determination and hard work pays off. They not only had to hand draw the entire Moxxie hallucination scene but they had 3-4 minutes straight of a badass fighting scene
also don't forget abt: a cute nerd who's too pure for hell except he was in the fucking mafia a country girl who will slit ur throat if u even look in her husband's direction
Your why in ep 3 they make eye contact with the camera when biltzos worried about loona being safe in the living world cause of freaks drooling over her
I can't believe I _just now_ realized at 6:35 the background music changes based on what character is being shown: Loona gets a theme similar to rock with an electric guitar and drums in the center, there's a sharp change where all the main instruments are cut off and it throws you into Millie's theme, Millie gets a more ominous background similar to wild west themes in older movies-- with an ocarina and piano, then it transitions pretty seamlessly with cymbals, probably because Moxxie and Millie don't clash, Moxxie and Blitzø get a bass, low piano notes, and drums (mostly cymbals) in a beat that resembles mobster movie music; Blitzø and Loona's theme is electric guitar and soft piano and it somehow works?? it's amazing?? Blitzø's background music at the end is the exact same one as when he's with Loona though.
It is darn telling that Millie'd part seems to sound most ominous. She really gets ruthless and deranged when she goes for the kill which is like a 180 from her usual kind and playful personality.
Blitzo has the drums, Moxxie has bass, Loona has electric guitar Millie has the western horror thing. When they fight together, it mixes depending on who is being focused on
Can we just mention something that goes underappreciated in this show that no one mentions? Every member of I.M.P has their own musical motif, and when they're together, the instruments get played together. Loona seems to have an electric guitar sound, blitz has drums, millie has her own cool little thing, kind of reminds me of a theramin. I couldn't pick out Moxxi's though due to all the other noises, so if anyone could figure that out it would be awesome.
@@kitsuneakage22 maybe the organ is a representation of what Moxie would like Blitzo to be. And Millie is definitely the theramin or a sister instrument.
@IceWing True that. And because the cherubs aren't mortal, they might be able to get into hell to collect some inside knowledge. But idk, maybe it drains them to a point where the government needs to take care of them and help them recover? Idk, just spitballing, here.
@IceWing I agree, we should just wait... But it's still fun to brainstorm these sorts of ideas, lol. I used to write fanfiction and I guess a small part of that still lives in me!
I think Episode 6: Truth Seekers was an excellent reminder that I.M.P. are still professionals and the fact that Stolas is, despite his "quirks", still a major demon. And Stolas is confirmed to be stronger that Hazbin Hotel Alastor.
The fight with D.H.O.R.K.S was some of the best animation vivziepop and her team have made. These agents are not official government personnel, they are bootleg even the cooperate lords don’t take them seriously, but the one thing they mange to do right is get security footage of the team and stolas. So now the gang have got themselves in uncle sams eye.
Even with context this show can be difficult to describe. I'm pretty sure after I tried to tell my friends about this show that now they're concerned about more then my mental health.
Can we appreciate how better and better the animation and the story have gotten, remember when everyone was complaining about how it's just another family guy type show with swears and dirty jokes, only to be a very well made and be thought productive. Just gets me more and more pumped up for Hazbin
Imo the pilot for hb was cheap. What got me invested was ep 1 'cause of Moxie and Stolas, then it took off to get better when it got emotional bits but still had the funny...and now I'm waiting for ep 8 and s2 ep2...
I disagree with the comparison to Family Guy, even in the earlier episodes, the depth of the animation of Helluva Boss made it feel 3D, especially with how smooth the characters were animated! And it only got better as time went on, too!
Stella: *calls for someone to kill Stolas, while being right in his face and yelling on the phone* Stolas: *doesn't care. About to eat a whole potatoes but then looks at Stella* huh-?
From blitz telling Moxxie if he messes up again he's gonna fuck him and his wife to Stella screaming to Stolas is he is also gonna fuck that poor small imp
I’m scared for life after 0:44 Blitz in the scene afterward: **calling stolas a pervert** Me: but you just pretended to 3 way with 2 people you hired- Blitz: I DONT GIVE A SHIT
1. This is more some of the best scenes from every episode in order rather than out of context so I love it more. 2. Honestly, vivzie, helluva boss, and adult animation have come so far, I’m so proud. 3. “please don’t condescend me ma’am” best line out of the whole show (only half kidding)
