Nice review, i like it reminds me of a Sinn U1 or something. I received my Vanuatu Titanium in October and I think that one may even be better because of the weight saving.
Bad-ass. I love that bezel side profile...knurling looks beefy. Handset matching the indices is killer too, especially where the hour hand buts up to each index.
Have had my Vanuatu almost five years. Really don’t like that it uses the NH35 movement which on my example is all over the roadmap accuracy wise. -40 one day. +30 the next. It’s frustrating. Just the way this movement works I guess.
I regulated mine myself to gain 1 second every 2 days. Took me an hour or two to do but learnt a bit doing it. You do void the warranty and the WR after obviously isn't confirmed. I bought a WR tester myself to test to 80m and it passed so thats good enough for me.
Ah, another microbrand near and dear to my heart - Helm 👍 I love Helm watches, and own all models in stainless steel. Helm makes outstanding true diving watches at a great value. These things are tanks, just phenomenal. I have never had to wait more than 6 months on avg for one btw. Thank you, Matt, for another fantastic review. Be well, brother.
Its longer than that. I put my email down about a year ago and ag the rate they produce watches, it was over 3 years. By the time it's my turn I wont be interested any longer =/
Thanks for the video. I too have their Ti Khuraburi. I had the Miyako and moved it along when I got the Khuraburi. Helm makes a tough watch. Got the email for the Komodo a week before Christmas. Could not afford it. Happy New Year from Atlantic Canada!!!
