Believe it or not, we get several calls from customers not satisfied with the cleaning results of another cleaning company or technician! This customer had lots of red clay on their carpet! The carpet needed cleaning before being put on the market!
Don't worry, we were here to help! I often stress the importance of having a great company and technician clean your carpets. Still, not every technician has the same knowledge, skills, and experience and patience to tend to your needs. (That's why tipping is encouraged when a job is well done. 😉💲)
