Help: How Do I Clean Spots Off Plastic Dashboard Panel? 

Hi y’all, I have a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander. I bought it second hand and when I got it, the dashboard panel had these spots on it. I’ve tried cleaning it with Clorox hand wipes and glass cleaner but these spots or stains don’t want to come out. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
