We just got our parakeet “Sky” a few days ago. Our first bird. She’s allowing us to hold her and pet her sometimes. The first day she was panting a lot. We figured she was nervous of us. I whistle really good and she’ll sit and listen to me and will join in often. I play this video for her a few times a day. It gets her excited. I’m hoping it’s making her feel good. She’ll sit in front of my 65” tv. I think she’s saying “you guys are the largest birds I’ve ever seen.” LOL!! The kids adore her. I wish I could load a photo.

My Budgie lost his friend of 11 years on tuesday. The surviving budgie was really sad, silent, basically just eating and sleeping. I put this on on my phone and put the phone next to his cage. Guess who immediatly perked up and is now even trying to give kisses to and get preened by the budgies in the video. Thank you, your video gave a grieving budgie something to interact with!

Well Parakeets hang out together in Flocks!! They Really need to be with another parakeet because they are so Social. But be sure they get along... I had 2 parakeets and they hated each other 😭😩

Lindsey, the same here, my 6 year old budgie lost her partner and she went very quiet. I got her a new friend, a lively 4 month old. She now seems to have a new lease of life and has started talking again. Budgies are a social bird and don't do too well on their own.

i just did the same as you decided to do and it seems to help, he loves to watch them i put full screen and right close to his cage and he just bobs his head often. I am so glad I found this video and the birds are gorgeous, i am hoping to get mine to gain weight back, he lost weight since his partner died . sigh. did yours get picky to eat?

So true I had 10 parakeets and the house was full of chirps and singing. We let them out of the cage and set up a a play area for them inside the house and they'd go stare out the window, fly and have fun. They also had many fights. 😂

I just brought my Budgies home yesterday and was able to hear them chirp this morning! I had to go to work though so when i came back and they knew I was awake, they wouldn't for awhile unless I was out of the room. So I found this and turned it on, immediate responses from both of my birds! I didn't think they could get as loud as they did!

Mine were very quiet until I turned on this video. Now, in the mornings, they won't wake up until I put it on. The first time I put the video on, they immediately started singing back, and began playing with their toys. Now, in the mornings, they won't wake up or sing a peep until I put it on! One of my budgies passed away and now the other one chirps only if I turn on this particular video for her. Not only does this make my parakeet tweet, but the curtain also does. My 9 year old parakeet that was adopted back in May 2013 has always loved the curtain sounds, and he passed the curtain tweeting tradition on to the younger parakeets. His elderly tweet sound is so cute. Try it with your parakeets.

I just turned this on for my baby budgie and within 5 seconds, flew out of his cage and sat right next to me!

my budgies love to hop onto my computer and peck at the screen when i play this video sometimes they even have conversations and stay for hours watching it!

a roadrunner jumped onto my birds cage, and they had quite a scare, I played this to help them feel better and it worked pretty well, thank you!

I just got two birds last Wednesday and the male is friendly but the female will take more time to tame lol I love them both ❤️❤️ it does worry me if they like me or not and I always keep their cage clean, fresh water everyday and food. I interact with them all the time and started playing these types of videos for them and it seems to do wonders!!!
