Help! My classic Saab 900 Turbo has a leak.

In my first video, I mentioned that I had a potential leak in my electric sunroof on my classic Saab 900 Turbo. After some testing with a hosepipe, it's definitely a leak somewhere.
I've checked the drains and they're all clear. Where would you say my next place to look should be? The black rubber seal on the sunroof? The edging around the sunroof hole? Somewhere else?
Also, if anyone has a good video or link to a guide for removing an electric sunroof, I'd love to see it to make sure I'm doing it right when I get to it.

Also my first thoughts are the drains, flushing them now and then with compressed air, nozzle tight in the opening, is always a good idea. It solved one time the ‘leak’ on my Turbo S of ‘92. My i16 from ‘90 has got the deflector, no leaks but sealing the screws is a good idea which i will do. The rubber is in the same condition as yours. Will discuss it with other classic 900 owners and come back to you.

Thanks for your help. I got some compressed air and squirted them down the drains and then also put a tiny bit of sealant along the inner trim. Morty's subsequently been in some big downpours and no leaks! Fantastic!

After some more checks, I’m wondering if it’s something as simple as some of the headlining cloth is coming out the other side of the seal. If this bit of cloth touches water as it’s draining then it will soak through and into the cabin. This would explain why the water first appears around the seal in the inside but not why it also appears on the sunroof cloth. I’ll keep experimenting.

The screws from the deflector should be high enough to not let in water and the water should drain like designed. HOWEVER, when I re-installed my deflector a year ago, I used epoxy or RTV sealant when I installed the screws just in case a little water wanted to sneak in. Probably a good idea to do the same. I don't believe the beige trim piece would be a concern and I think it's there for aesthetic purposes. That front rubber seal on the sunroof portion looks like normal. Mine has the same crease due to the wind deflector as well. There is a rubberized foam seal around the entire sunroof assembly that could be compromised up front if someone tried to take the entire assembly off for some odd reason, but I would guess that it's okay. When I took both of the assemblies on my '89 and '92 off, that foam seal was intact as well as practically new even though both cars have seen many, many years outside. For disassembly, head over to SAABnet and click on the "SAAB Manuals" tab on the left side of the screen. Scroll down to "Saab Classic 900 Service Manuals/By Chapter." Chose chapter "8 - Body." Check out page 24 aka 830-12 of the manual for the disassembly and reassembly. Basically you're gonna back it half open, then unscrew and unclip a few things like it says in the manual, and then lift it forward and out.

I would have said the drains but ...........what about the skrewholes from the deflector? I have never thought about if those are able to let water in during a highpressure wash.

I never thought about that. But I’ve just bunged up the screw holes and checked but still water is coming through.
