omfg trust me, this works!!! i had the worst pregnancy scare ever, and it was also my first time experiencing pregnancy scare. my period was 17 days late, and i was too paranoid because i was feeling some symptoms of early pregnancy like bloating, nausea without vomiting, and dizziness. my bf and i didnt have penetrative sex, but i was still very scared because we did it when i was fertile. i took 3 pregnancy tests and the results were negative, so i calmed myself down cus i heard that stress can delay our period even more. i also drank a lot of pineapple drink, took vitamin C, and boiled a cup of ginger and drank it. but i still hadn’t got my period so i was too scared. then i found this subliminal YESTERDAY and i kept listening to it. so i played this on repeat, even when i was sleeping. For any desperate woman listening to this right now. I had the worst pregnancy scare for the last two weeks. I was really going crazy, I interpreted every tiny movement in my body as a symptom. To my friends who have periods, as you listen, breathe slowly in and out make sure to focus on your breath. Massage your low abdomen/upper pelvis (about 4 fingers below your belly button). Massage softly and focus still on your breathing. You are safe, you are calm. With time, all things come. You trust your body and show it love. Your period will come.
