Former Clevelander. Moved away years ago when no jobs could be found (1976). This video is spot on accurate for the Best Location in the Nation. But at least it's not Detroit!

If I can ever make it out of Detroit, I'd love to come visit and see both of your buildings.

Went to Detroit last month, first time there since 2009, got to say I was impressed. People were friendly bars were great & I felt safe, outside of downtown might be different, but I really enjoyed it there.

He managed to make three of the same video, without getting stale or being less funny. Bravo.
