For those that don’t know, I come to every state. Yes , I have already trained in every single state and multiple cities in many states. I make my rounds regularly. To keep up to speed with upcoming classes check out the calendar on my training website at: dogdaddyy.com
Hey dog daddy I'm in a very hard predicament and very sad because I have a Belgian Shepard that looks exactly like ur pack of black dogs she looks exactly like them but because i moved I can't bring her with Me and not able to care for her and she wasn't socialized properly because of covid and it breaks my heart because she's a sweet sweet girl please lmk the best thing I can do?! She would be a beautiful addition to ur pack and needs love and attention so please lmk wat I can do I love her so much but I can't keep her......
Dog daddy I need advice to keep my black long haired belgian Shepard I'd need to introduce her to my 3 miniature poodle/chihuahuas but bcuz of covid and not socializing properly iv been scarred to introduce them bcuz she's such a big dog and doesn't know her size and that she scares them and idk if she's going to attack the little ones if they keep barking at her. Iv seen the sweetest dog that never bit anyone ever and lived wit 3 cats and 4 other dogs attack a little baby puppy that was only maybe 6 weeks old so idk what my belgian Shepard is capable of but if anything was to happen I'm not strong enough or have anyone to help ne calm the situation and my chihuahua is the reactive one and barks and lunges at people and bites people I honestly don't have money to join ur classes I have 6 kids a 1yr old to 16yrs and a single mom but I love my dogs sooo much and want to be able to live in peace with them getting along and also not attacking my mom or My son!!! Please get back to Me dog daddy plzzzz help me I love my dogs sooo much and I can't afford training classes... me and my dogs need ur guidance and prayers,..
I'm going through a drama trying to introduce my two male pups there 11 months now and I'm finding it very difficult even with a professional dog trainer helping I'm starting to think it won't happen 😢 I just want them to get on but they have been apart for five months then reintroduced and it's two weeks now and still no joy
I notice that whenever he works with the human, he is never judgmental in the way he offers instruction. It's always offered in a helpful manner, but without trying to make the poor dog owner feel small. They already feel bad enough that their dog is reactive and see so grateful after the interaction.
Honestly I’ve watched a lot of his vids like the haters are obnoxious and ignorant but also like you said he don’t judge and treats the owners decent more than I could say I’d lose patience on some of them
Indeed to all. Absolutely the smartest & most beneficial approach ... no judgement. Plus DD has a big heart & understands the people need training 1st.
That was phenomenal! You gave her a wonderful "crash course" that was filled with such complete & detailed information. I'm going to rewatch these last 2 videos & take notes. So much valuable content. "When I grow up, I wanna be just like you!" And I'm 66 years old, lol. You are so very inspiring ❤
This was an excellent training session. Your audio and video were good also. I am happy for this dog and his human. You are so confident and generous with your expertise. You have my admiration and respect.
Dog Daddy ~ you are as effective training the person as the dog...You are a real pleasure to learn from ! Thanks for sharing your gift with the rest of us... I wish I would have had your guidance 30 years ago.... but I have your guidance now, so I am very excited to use your techniques. THANKS❣️
I have 6 and they all have issues.. 3 not as bad as the others.. My pit/boxer is 3 yrs old and is extremely protective of me.. He doesn't walk on a leash at all.. We've tried but he pulls us all over.. I've ever used a horse lunge lead to tire him out.. It doesn't work with him.. He's 100 pounds and all power.. I would love to be able to have him out and not worry about him attacking anyone or anything.. Yet have him protect our property.. 🤷 Been thinking about sending him to a trainer.. 2 that are 50 pounds and they bite even me..
The only thing different I see you do that is different here in the US is we walk out dogs with them inside on road which keeps them at road curb so they are away from traffic. We as walker are outside with traffic.
I'M SORRY CAPS ARE ON MY EYES ARE ALLERGIC TO SMALL PRINT. I JUST FOUND YOUR CHANNEL AND SUBSCRIBED. YOU HELP A LOT OF OWNERS ON HOW TO CONTROL THE SITUATION AND TEACH THE DOG MANNERS OR TO LOSE THE FEAR THEY ARE HOLDING. I HAVE A FRIEND WHO WANT'S TO QUIT THEIR JOB AS A DOG GROOMER BECAUSE OF ALL THE BITING. JUST WONDERING IF ANY DOG GROOMERS HAVE APPROCHED YOU WITH CONCERNS. JUST CURIOUS
Excellent training! Everything so precise and u have taught dog to trust and owner now comfortable walking her dog.I would love a chance to win an iphone. Thank you!
It’s important to highlight that I did not use any new tools on this dog. I fixed the tools they had already been using and the entire training process consisted of new techniques, understanding body language and canine psychology. Did you notice that?
Absolutely! Couldn't miss it. I paid particular attention to this actually. What I was really interested in was the obedient behaviour of your dog! We are busy training our young female pit to assist us with training/helping dogs and their owners! She's doing extremely well so far! Any plans to come to SOUTH AFRICA in the near future?
You KNOW it has to take worlds of patience to repeatedly re-train all these dogs and owners. DD is extremely kind, intelligent AND patient and positive. Making any haters look like fools.
I'm really enjoying these longer more descriptive videos! There is so much enlightening information in just 30 minutes! It's so inspiring to see the transformation of the dog and the relief of the owner. Great job as always, Agusto❣️👏😊🐾❤️
my mom wants to bring my dog for training and spend thousands of dollars. i was like atleast try this first.... trainer is going to wind up doing similar stuff and tell her that SHE needs to train him in the end. the trainer is just teaching her how to do it basically. no reason to spend this much money she can get the training from the best trainer for free. (just hit the like and subscribe lol)
@@piffdaddy420can also check out Joel Beckman's Rottweiler named Creed video for the foundation video for loose leash walking and reactivity. You're not going anywhere until they're on your page. Pain messes with their brains. He also has little dog videos if you don't have a 110 lb Rottie. Hope that helps.
I wonder why they keep calling him a fake and posting videos exposing him. Also I don’t think the choke the dog method is used anymore because it harms the dog
WTF fake ? People can be so fookin' stupid , jealous, demonic and more. I don't see anything fake with DD I'm not even 1/100 like DD but I can approach "vicious" doggos with no problem but now I can learn so.much from DD
I feel like the black dog feels so confident and safe because she's good on her own however DogDaddy being present is like a significant sense of protection which she can relax despite there being new people present and I believe that demonstrates how well he builds relationships of trust and respect with dogs that they can get to that level in these instances
It never ceases to amaze me, and I never get tired of seeing Dog Daddy in all his entirety! And his dogs. They alone are a true testament to Dog Daddys gift. 👏👏👏👏
I love how you explain why you were doing what you were doing with the dog in order to attain the results that you want. The haters can’t argue with that!❤
The haters simply hate abuse. Can anyone explain why at the beginning of the video, to get the dog's attention DD pinched his side? We don't hurt our children to get their attention so why hurt the dog? Completely unnecessary 😥
@@kaoruM33lame excuse?! I don't think trying to stop abuse is lame. Causing dogs pain and fear is never ever the right way 😢 This video is not as bad as others, hanging dogs til they shut down is disgusting and cruel. One of the reasons DD is not allowed in the UK. We have an Animal Welfare Act 2006. DDs methods are not in line with animal welfare.
I wish someone like you existed when I had a black lab who was out of control. He was not aggressive but way too overexcited. He would nearly pull me over (and did to others), even though my ex took him for tons of exercise. I am so impressed with you and the dramatic change you make in seconds. You are awesome!!!
I wish you were walking in my neighborhood and that you could help me learn how to support my reactive dog the way you helped this woman and her dog. Augusto, you are such a wonderful human
Give him enough notice to get himself mic'd up and have his cameraman at the ready and you never know - he might just come randomly walking down your street...
One of the best explanations I've seen 😊 I'm sure this is your normal process with the owners but we can't always hear the details. Hopefully this will help those that were in disbelief of your wonderful abilities to keep dogs with their owners and all happy 🌞 Love watching you do your thing! Keep Shining 🌟💜👑💜
Your work with the animals is so great and spot on I wouldn't trust anyone else you would be my very first choice I love what you do and the results are amazing thank you so much for teaching me so much with your truly wonderful videos ❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊
The prong collar is not supposed to cause pain, as Augusto explained. It mimics the feel of his mother's mouth on his neck when she disciplined him as a pup.
Absolutely. I've not seen 1 video where he's done anything harmful to a dog. I've owned an extremely reactive dog. I'm very short, at the time I weighed 85#, dog was 125#. I would have loved someone like Augusto, but this was over 35 yrs ago & he probably hadn't been born yet! ;-) He is a Godsend to dogs and owners!
@@nicolet2343Those idiots are the reason dogs and children and now whole grown ass adults are out of control... My 8 year old also gets hip-bumped when he misbehaves 😂
This is a great video. I’ve learned so much seeing the entire lesson from start to finish (of course training is life long process). Repetition is everyone’s friend!
Thank you Dog Daddy for the “talkies”. I saw a lot of your “shorts” with text overlaid. Thanks for these longer videos and the explanation you provide.

Loved how you got right in there taking the leash and desensitizing him right away. He absolutely hated the muzzle. But like you said a reactive dog isn't safe. God bless you keep up the awesome work. Again the prong collar wasn't bothering him, more then the muzzle was in this situation. He was trying to get the muzzle off at every turn.
I really hope you never let these clout chasing "passive" trainers get you down with their jealousy fueled hate. You give dogs that THEY have condemned to death another chance and a new lease on life. You are an inspiration. And maintaining discipline and control is not abuse. They are full of dog shit with those accusations. They just dont like that you make them look like fools and expose their money grabbing tactics to get owners to come in for more lessons. You give these good bois and gurls the chances and time they truly deserve. Keep putting that good into the world DD. The world needs it more than ever ❤
Always learn so much from these videos for the past 6 months. I’m 74, take of our daughters dogs when they go away and can handle them outside much better. Enjoyed learning how you grew up and all the challenges you have faced. Best wishes ❤️
I am a dog lover and I have been watching the way you just take control of the dog in a special way that the dog really understands. I have 3 dogs but they are Schnauzers and not aggressive. I’ve loved dogs all my life, I even got bitten in the chin for petting a German Shepherd when I was small. Still I love them. Thank you so much for helping these dogs and giving their owners a better understanding of how to control them! You are amazing ❤🤗
@@Brenda-jn8ln Brenda, I don’t know if your Schnauzer’s do the same as mine but I say they talk. When my female wants to go inside she sits in the middle of the door and me and when I look at her she turns her head towards the door, so I have to get up and take her inside. The big one sends me to sleep because he’s sleepy and tired. He sits straight up in front of me and just Yawns 🥱 he’s telling me he’s sleepy. Oh and I have to go to bed with him because if I don’t he won’t go in the room unless I’m inside. The other one makes a scene and starts growling and rubbing his face against the wall. I love them all and each one has a different way of communicating with me. Enjoy yours!! 😂
This is my favorite video you made so far. I'm downloading it so i don't lose it. I've already watched it 3 times and i just found it a couple hours ago! LOL! It's so informative! My dog and i thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Your an Angel!
I love that you’re explaining more what you do AND giving instructions for the owner to continue on after you’re no longer around. This also answers your critics - you’re showing the truth behind all misunderstandings they’re putting out there about you.
I agree, you have to deal with the aggression first and foremost in all of these dogs before you can do the "normal" training his critics are telling him he should use. This video does a perfect job summarizing his training philosophy
@@fergie-kx3us you are correct - not any misunderstandings from people who Love Augusto and the beautiful results given to the owners and their animals. that comment was referring to any of the blind ones who cannot see love, care, and Truth - which Dog Daddy embodies.
I love how you gave the owner such amazing advice and guided her through the whole process. You are one of the best dog trainers I have come across and I always learn from your long form videos. I hope you continue to film content like this 🤗
I love animals sooooo much and it literally gives me chills to watch you work with the very reactive dog! I’m so proud of your mission and wish I could join the movement to help dogs in Ft Worth. Thank you for your message and continued care for our innocent furbabies ❤❤
I hope you have An Attorney Dog Daddy, Respectfully. I'm Your Subscriber For Life!!!! I'm So Upset with A Whole Bunch of Evil Trolls that Comes After You & All You're Doing is Saving All Dog's Lives. I Thank You So Much For Everything Dog Daddy 🙋🏻♀️❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Dog 🐕 Daddy- This was really helpful! Thank you! 4:00 propper fit and use of a prong collar 19:00 start with redirection if dog gets distracted (this is early and subtle) so things don't escalate. And add correction if needed to reinforce. Priscilla looks beautiful and was a great helper too! 😉❤
Glad you helped this dog & owner. I'm really grateful she has this video now to go back, view & review what you did, how , when & why with her dog & her. That dog & owners have a new, better lease on living a far better life thanks to you.👀🐾🐾🐕🦺
Everything I've heard you say and the reasoning behind your actions all make sense. The recent video about habit vs. trauma with reactive dogs is eye-opening.
Oh Augusto, how wonderful!! The more I watch your videos, the more I realize your incredible ability to interact with dogs and their owners and I am sure that this also happens because of the love and respect you feel for them, animals and human beings! A big hug to you and your loved ones. Luca 👏 🐶 ❤️
Your behavioral acumen is astounding. And this video gives more clarity to your training methods in the first extended one on one that I’ve had time to see. And again, I wish I’d seen your work a decade ago for my Old English Mastiff and my Rottweiler. Thank you!
Humans "rescue" a dog to feel good about themselves while loudly broadcasting at any opportunity they get "they are heroes".... Humans "rescue" a dog WITHOUT KNOWING EVEN THE BASICS ABOUT DOGS....and believe a few 15 minutes walks daily in the neighborhood is sufficient..... Humans "rescue" a dog WITHOUT KNOWING THEY NEED RESCUE THEMSELVES - before they should start "rescuing" any living creature....
Hey Augusto, I can't believe I missed you in Toronto, I was so sad. I'm happy things are going so well for you except Australia (that obviously don't know you) I actually wanted to apply when you ware looking for employes but I'd be a burden in a wheelchair so I didn't but would have love to see you and help you grow even bigger then you are now. Keep up the great work. #bestdogtrainerintheworld 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I been watching your videos for quite awhile now.I think your doing an excellent job with helping dogs and their humans and you certainly are courageous with some of those aggressive ones .you definitely have a gift.😊😊😊😊
Just recently got a golden retriever puppy.. these videos are really useful. Thank you for your dedication in helping all of us!! Much love & respect 💞🐕🦺🐾
This is the BEST video I have watched!! I have learned sooo much in this one video. I saved it so I can re-watch as much as needed. Thank you The Dog Daddy!!
I've gone through PTSD treatment and this sounds a lot like that.. especially the "he will regress" part. Holy shit man. You could help humans with trauma, like, for real.
Another human trained, now her future is changed for the better. This will be passed onto her children and anyone she encounters with these issues! 🎉🎉🎉 Again Augusto, your mastery is the most consistent. Nothing changes coz it doesn’t have too, that is perfection!
Hello Agusto, keep showing this style of content, your detractors need to see the whole process by which you train dogs. This will also help change minds of individuals who are not literate in training dogs with aggression as well as dog training in general, yet follow the fallacies in logic of Zak George due to not knowing better.
It’s sad Zach doesn’t acknowledge not one size fits all situations or dogs. But based on the short clips we’ve all seen it’s not hard to see why some people aren’t getting the entire picture. This longer detailed videos gives a broader perspective. I also like the many praises Dig Daddy gives when the dog is doing right. Correction and redirection is needed when called for but don’t leave out the positive reinforcement. The two go hand in hand and gets better results when both are used appropriately.
Doggy Daddy I’m sorry you had to go through something so terrible to help you see there is a drinking problem. There is help out there AA . I hope you continue your healing journey, the world needs good people like you! ❤
I really wish you could help me with my dogs. One of them is very reactive to people and dogs. I’m trying to gather as much information as I can from your videos. I think you’re a great trainer! ❤
❤ dog daddy, you are the best dog trainer in the world! I shared this step-by-step video on my personal Facebook public page! Thank you for helping all the mini people you help with their pets
Amazing job as always👍 scout is a stunning dog & looks even better now he is more relaxed & good luck to the family on their new journey with the dog daddy's tips & training. Thank you for all you do for these beautiful souls love hugs & prayers from Scotland 😘🤗🙏🏴
You just made a dramatic & positive difference in their lives, esp Scout's. Amazing to watch & I believe she will stick to the lessons & enjoy a much happier, content pet & family life. Kudos DD!
Why din't he or she notice that he kept pawing his face because of the tail of the muzzle ties going close to his eyes?... tuck it or get a little band to contain that strap end and he'll walk quieter in the muzzle.
I get so happy when I see these dogs get comfortable and confident, after so many years of stress. Scout could have easily ended up back in the shelter and worse. The owner is great, very dedicated, but sooner or later she was going to fall and get dragged by him and that would've been the end of Scout. When she gets him to be less defensive at home as well, he'll be set for life. TY DogDaddy for being so generous, consistent and determined. The transformation is always amazing. And sure, I'll never spend what it takes for the newest iPhone - my budget goes to feeding my pets well - so feel free to pick me so I can have a better working phone and give this one to someone less fortunate.
