We are Katie, Bob and JoJo (10), a family of 3 sharing our van life with you! We also have 2 older kids - Sam (23) and Jamie (21), and their respective partners Emily and Aden, and Jamie's daughter - our granddaughter Astrid!

I would love to be able to help my dad, he’s terminally ill and I wish I could take all his pain away but I know that can never happen :( I would love to help the elderly in my area to be able to provide food for them so it’s one less thing they have to worry about xx

The homeless every year at Christmas my dad and I use to get loads of hats and gloves spear blankets we had at home clothes and then we would make a care package with energy bars drinks and little nick nacks my dad passed away from cancer he was only 54 he passed away a week after his birthday this is going be the 2 Xmas with out my dad and anytime I try or think of doing it I just cry my eye's out because helping the homeless reminds me so much of my dad. It's hard but I'd love to get the strength to do it in honer of my dad but anytime I even think about it i think of my dad right away I really hope I get the strength and be strong just to carry that on. But it's so hard I would really love to do it again hopefully I'll get the strength back soon #LIVEBUTNOTLIVEFROMMYBEDROOM🎄🎄🎄⛄⛄⛄❄️❄️❄️🌌🌌🌌🕊️🕊️🕊️ #PS can I please have a shout out in your next video as I do comment asking but never get one .when people try to bring you down or say what ever about u just remember the more they try bring you down the more it makes you stronger and stronger and smile 🙂🙂 on even more love Margaret

There’s a giving page for my area that was fundraising for food and toys for Christmas parcels for disadvantaged families between me and my parents we did £150 on food and drink and 2 teddy’s and 2 puzzles the page has been able to help around 100 families including Christmas dinners the lady doing it this year has worked so hard and it’s nice to be a part of it ❤

Holy moly mackerel !! What an amazing thing to do you guys are so humble and always helping from picking rubbish up from parks etc to teaching Jojo to always be kind/helpful/generous - my comments have always somewhere given reference about your amazing parenting and that all your children are super kind. The food bank I once used did not have variety and very limited on items and we could not choose. There were times when I was given pork etc in tins which I then had to return the following week as the parcel was for a few days but I could only go in weekly. I have never seen or thought there would be so much variety like the food bank you just showed. Awesome to see. Although I'm struggling myself being a single mother and the high living costs etc I have made a donation to a charity which will provide hats/gloves/jumpers etc to children in this harsh weather. I always since being young have been giving back and still try to nowadays although my situation is a lot lot different to before. Lovely work guys your an inspiration 👏 ❤️ 🙌 💙

Ahhh fellow animal rescuers! It must be a rescue animal thing, because all of our cats and our dog play with each other and run around together! They all love our rabbit that we rescued last month too! I think they’re just so happy to feel love ❤ rescue babies are the best babies!!!! 😍😍😍😍 Thank you for taking us on this day with you, it’s so insightful to see how it all works behind the scenes and where our donations go to when we donate! The fact you’re doing all of this is so amazing, I’m sure you’re going to inspire so many people to do the same! 🤍 This year I’ve donated to the rescue we got our dog Betsie from - Broken Paws Second Chances and our local cat & rabbit rescue centre. We also have a box of treats, toys and blankets that we are taking to our vets (who are amazing) in memory of our eldest cat Rosie who was put to sleep in July. Rosie loved Christmas and I hope other fur babies benefit from what would have been her gifts ❤ As you can probably tell, animals own my entire heart, and I’m so excited to spend this Christmas with all of our babies together and Jamie (cat) and Maisie (rabbit) spending their first one with us this year. Who knows what paws will be joining our family in 2023 🐾

You did a great job helping at the food bank especially jojo. So nice for a young person having compassion for the cause. There aren't too many food banks in my area ,though there are donation bins in my local m and a store,where I would buy an extra item for. It's so sad that people have to rely on them

love jo jo's I wish it snowed here in Australia qld but it's hot hot hot as it's summer and were in one of the hottest places our supermarkets also do this they also give all the fruit scrapes back to the farmers and unsold bread ect.. goes to the foodbanks part of there new green scheme and any fresh food goes to charity's that take food to the homeless usually in the parks for a hot meal everyday

another great video , i think most of our ones in this area are called 'local larder' or the original foodbanks. the larders are more like the social supermarket in comparison to the foodbanks that i think only have dry and tinned food (no fresh/chilled or frozen) . a few years ago i was struggling at Christmas time and had to use a foodbank (at the you needed a little slip thing from social work or housing or other authority figure to say why you needed the help and how many people for - sorry side tracked) anyway the man said to me that started the place they actually get the most donations at Christmas time but its the rest of the year they were struggling to meet the demand. this was like 5 years ago before more foodbanks opened and then larders opened too. its sad that its needed in such a mass scale but its great theirs people out there making changes and helping people out. well done to you guys too for donating food & your time i'm sure the locals in need really appreciate it xx

I think its better you can pick what you want, cos you could get stuff you wont eat and I know people will say well food is food but at least if you pick what you like it will get eaten rather than it be wasted

12 months on. In 2022 I helped at a food hamper place, the amount of stuff the supermarkets donate that can’t be sold is amazing, so much bread too. We would have 65 hampers a day and turn people away. Very emotional to think we are at that stage

I love to see that food bank has baby formula both in the supermarket and in the food bank side. For those who aren’t fortunate enough to be able to breast-feed it can be very costly to have to purchase formula. I know some women here in the United States that were desperate enough that they were willing to give their babies expired or recalled formula recently and luckily other people stepped in and were able to help them get formula at no cost that was not contaminated or expired or anything like that.

Now this is a wonderful thing you do. I buy a few things at the beggin of a month. What i do is pickcstuff that would make a full meal, like spaghetti, tin tom, tin mushroom, tin of beef or tuna. Or a good breakfast ect. I might not have much but i have a heart.The place you are at sounds amazing. If you like dog fest, you would love mine. Dogs are the best companions. I have Foxy, Ola and Milo. They are all rescue too. Milo is my big and unfortunately was hurt badly by humans. I live in leiestershire and you would be welcome to meet my dogs but without camera's (unless it was just on them. Seriously you guys have such a big heart. Obviously, you have the means but are lovely and hum ble and not snobbish and are completely happy to shop in bargain shops. Jojo saying holy moley reminded me of the batman show when i was little. Holy. Cow was a favourite of Robin's. Well done Jojo for working so hard x

Love this video. You have done so much good. In September our organisation that my husband and I founded started a hygiene bank. If struggling to afford food and heating you will struggle to buy personal hygiene and cleaning things. Works like a food bank but for hygiene products but you don’t need a referral.

it makes me so happy you guys are donating food to food bank. Food bank is dear to my heart if it wasn't for them I would have had many hungry days been not able to have enough funds to feed myself. I am not sure if the Foodbank uk runs to the same as Foodbanks in Sydney Australia or Australia in general. That is one of the ideal places to donate your goods to in Sydney most charities /non profit organisation get their food source hampers from Foodbank.

I loved this! Made me very teary. We live on the outskirts of Wolverhampton about 20 minutes from Telford so we will have to go and check out the supermarket and drop some food in. Those Hellmans Mayonnaise tubs are about £18 now even on Amazon, I have to buy it in bulk for my son who is addicted to it lol. Thank you for reminding us that it’s good to give back xx

I wish the Lady come over to USA & teach our food banks how to setup. They have an amazing setup. To have fresh veggies & fruits. That's the biggest thing we don't get. Majority is sweets & processed foods. Also they don't have the different dietary foods needed a lot is wasted in USA... We have such a long ways to go! Bless you guys, I can't do much but we carry bottled water in car here in FL. We stop & give homeless water. Bc thats all I can do at this time. But they love it bc some don't have access to get drinks. & here they stand on the streets asking for money or food etc. Its hot here a lot. So they appreciate it.

I have a condition called Neurofibromatosis which causes tumours to grow along and int he nerves, so my condition causes bumps like that pumpkin, anytime I see a pumpkin with them bumps I think it looks like my tumours, Kevin, Perry and Eye ball Paul, an yes I have named my tumours lol

Have you guys ever heard of the Mosasaurus it’s a prehistoric marine reptile and it was a lizard an actual lizard and it was 40 feet long and weighed 10 tons and looks similar to a crocodile because of the snout and also they have flipper feet and legs and it lived 85 million years ago to 66 million years ago and the first found in a Dutch quarry in Maastricht in the year 1764 and it was proposed to be a lizard in the 1820s and it lived in the oceans everywhere during that time and they have found fossils in Europe Asia North America in the Mid western part of it in what was an inland sea called the western interior seaway so yeah pretty cool

I love how they had special stuff for dietary requirements 🥹 as a gluten free human I always worry about that for people with dietary requirements like can they get the food they need if they haven’t got the money because well a gluten free diet isn’t cheap at the best of times….so whenever I’m donating I try and donate naturally gluten free things like rice, beans, lentils, chickpeas that kind of idea so that like that they have a choice ❤️ I wish there was more places like that here ❤️ we do have a lot of homeless food runs but not many actually buildings for them sadly 🥲
