I remember my dad calling me when he got a HOA infractions for his lawn I’m 30 and he’s 56 this happened almost three years ago and my dad was doing chemotherapy treatment I live 6 hours away so I packed up the mower my pressure washing rig and came down there took care of the yard washed his roof, house, and pressure washed his driveway then proceeded to go and give the head of the HOA a talking to. Unknowingly I didn’t know how rude she was to my father until he called me and I had a 6 hour ride to let that make my blood boil and that just pushed me over the edge it’s the only time I didn’t feel bad after cussing someone out. He’s cancer free now thank god and is back to his super hero self. Great job buddy.
Wow! This is the best video I have watched of lawn mowing. I have told you before that I like your style and this was just impressive. I want to see regular lawns mowed, not giant messes with those zero-turn mowers. I love your mower, although it makes work harder for you. Love you black shoes. Love this weather we're having. Keep up the good work! 😇💯💯💯💯💯
Great service,..I'm impressed. I'm going into the landscaping business...I've done almost everything, projects, and installations..but basically I'm not to familiar with lawn mowing or lawn mowers. But I'm learning about it through your videos..Super Thanks.
@@blackbirdlawncare I just wanted to let you know, you are being put into suggested videos, that is how I discovered you. That's exciting for you, and I wanted to let you know.
Looks really good, my sister always getting notes from her HOA, especially in the spring because she likes the weeds that flower, so the bees have pollen to get. There's a saying here in Ohio, No mow May. Neighbors aren't happy.
Great job. I hope you continue to grow your business. I live in Maitland, so you aren’t far from me. Keep up the good work. I really enjoy how much the “edging” cleans up a property. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Hello. Amazingly organized and hardworking work style. Beautiful yard and gorgeous results! Thank you for helping this family in hard times! A new subscriber is here 🙂. Greetings and Blessings from Oregon state, USA
Your kindness is to be commended. You did a good job bringing this yard into conformity. You describe the people owning this home as having trouble with their mower. I would suggest that the height and density of the grass around the fences suggests otherwise. the edging around the sidewalks looks very good now and was a result of neglect rather than equipment failure. Owning a home, especially one on a corner lot, is lots of work. I wish the homeowners good health to manage this investment.
I am new to your channel, and I need to say that your edging and trimming were absolutely excellent. You are right up there with AP from “Clean the City”. Trimming and edging are the cherry on top of the sundae. I will be watching many more of your videos. When people watch these videos they want to see a real transformation. You gave us one. Too many of these guys are in love with their mowers but do a sloppy job on edging and trimming. Thanks for a great job ❤ next time try trimming up the bushes for a complete job. Good luck!
I’ve just found your channel today, and am so impressed with your work I have hit the ‘subscribe’ & ‘like’ buttons! Great job, well done - I hope the homeowners were absolutely delighted with all the hard work you’ve done there 👍
Beautiful lawn! I really like the way you work. Easy and meticulous, and the results are outstanding. New subscriber here! 🙋🏻♀️from East Texas. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to your videos!❤
You never know the circumstances behind the overgrown lawns but doing these people a favor like this is awesome of you. Subbed. I hope your channel grows.
Hi there I just subscribed to your channel. My name is William Nowacki but please call me Will. I’ve been a lawn business owner for 9 years now coming up to my 10th year for my own lawn business in April. After seeing your video my first thought was wow that was very generous of you of helping this family out. You made that yard look like new. My lawn is about 1 1/2 acres and yes I’ve been maintaining it for a long time. My employees usually do the mowing I focus on the weed eating edging and blowing for my lawn. On my neighbors lawns I use my Scag Cheetah 72 and for me I certainly think that’s a huge time saver for the big lawns. One of my neighbors has his son and daughter mow their lawn but they don’t know how to trim and edge with the weed eater so many times I help them out on that and I’ll even blow their property off for them and I don’t charge them anything. I’m glad you were able to help someone out. Again lawn looks great
Hey Will. Thanks for the sub. Don’t give me too much credit. They helped me as much as I helped them. I like lawn care videos. Watching them, and making them. I’m trying to make a career out of making them, and I need overgrown lawns like theirs to make good ones. So for that reason, I’m very grateful to them for letting me do it. The real kudos should go to you for helping your neighbor for nothing in return. We don’t see a lot of 72” mowers here in Florida. It’s mostly 1/4 acre lawns like this one, and for the big ones, I usually see people pulling a huge mower deck behind a tractor. I have a 52” SCAG hydro walk behind that looks identical to the 36” belt drive in the video. They made a great pair, but it’s broken down and the deck is rusted through really badly. I have to decide wether I’m going to fix it up or get rid of it. I lost my trailer getting rear ended recently and have been working out of my truck bed with ramps so I haven’t made plans to fix it any time soon. I’m happy to see another lawn care professional enjoying my video. I must be doing something right. Good luck with your business. Nice to meet you. My name is Matthew.
I live in Arizona and do not live in an HOA thank God! I still keep my property looking really sharp. No trees, just grass all around and I can get it golf course green!! This guy knows what he is doing, turned an eyesore into a lawn you'd love to look at!!
The blessing you bestowed upon these people is awesome. I believed the HOA is responsible for lawn care, maintenenance, pest contrrol and in essence, the homeowner takes care of the inside and the HOA takes care of the outside. Somethings seems amiss.
That’s not usually the case here. I did have a client in a neighborhood like that. I only had to mow his fenced in back yard. The majority of HOA’s take care of the common grounds, but require the homeowners maintain their own property.
That Scag makes an impressive first pass on tall grass, but that's Scag for you. Be careful blowing grass against houses and white fences, though, as that can very easily make a mess that's not easy to clean up.
Looks very good, and a well made video. I only miss the sweep up and also more blow off, love those parts :-) If you buy a pump up jug, you can rinse off much of the greens on the fence, with just water.
I don’t like the sweep up myself. When I started out, I decided I would always omit that. The blowing I like, but there was so much dirt, and my blower is so small, it took too long. Thank you.
HOAs can be a pain-in-the-ass at times! Obviously this one did not care to find out the why. I hate that! You did a great job in cutting, edging and trimming. No one can complain now. Be Safe!
Very thorough and beautiful transformation! Like, subscribe, comment and share, doesn’t cost anything and it helps this guy grow his channel! Nice job!
