A three-part video series outlining a young person's options if they receive an infringement notice or a court fine and the different stages of enforcement for unpaid fines in Victoria. Part 3 explains the CAYPINS system at the Children's Court that deals with fines young people get when they are under 18. It also explains what happens if a young person does not pay a fine handed down by a Magistrate in the Children's Court or the Magistrates Court (court fines).
