I have a mare and I always did some massages to help her but this video was so helpful for someone who has a somewhat moody mare during heat❤️

How long does this give them relief and how many times per day is it recommended? My mare tends to go through this monthly and every month, she just gets plain snotty and snippy. I would love to help her in this way.

I’m definitely gonna do this with my mare! She is really moody when I’m heat and trips on her hind end a lot. So I’m hoping this will relieve some of the tension in her back
