+Naomi Caldwell, It's over the musik, it was just magik. No facebook, no youtube, all people outdoor.... too much good things that end now :'( I wanna cry when I think about this time (Im born in 1985)

Yo, born in 2000 here, but bare interested in how you'd typically hear about the fire music like this song when it came out. Would someone put you on? Or was heltah actually mainstream in 96? So many fkn questions.
I remember I found Leflaur Leflah Eshkoshka back in winter of 2017. This song brings me back to…. Chilly nights with the friends, freshly talking to my ex and just feeling young and nostalgic… crazy how it’s been 4 years already.
This is still the most head banging track by far. To those 70 odd kids, get yourself a Technics hifi, pop the cd or tape in, max up the bass, mid range in the middle, treble on max, put your head between the speakers, volume on max, then hit play. It wont break your eardrum like this snap pop ish you listen to, it will beat in your soul. gonna get back to looping this track till my ears hurt!
This hip hop is so fresh...jazz, blues, rap all blended together. Word up, I came up during the golden age of hip hop and mumble rap can’t take that away from me
@@joecolon3381 I'm 40 this is what NBA Youngboy would be to these kids now fr. Me and my high school homies literally copied the way BCC rapped dressed and everything
everythime I watch this video and hear this track it gives me chills and uplifts my soul. the way they all vibed off each other in the video and in the track was phenomenal... real hip-hop. a lifestyle. a way of life.
love how for about 25 yrs all these brothers seem to manage to hold it together; maybe dudes aren't rhyming but they get in where they fit in; and that's how fam should be...
We'll never have another moment in time like when this shit came out. They'll never be rap like this made again. Unfortunately that era is long gone. Man this shit was so fuckin dope ....I feel old as shit when I hear tracks from this era but at the same time remember them word for word and when they dropped...
I still bang this shit out my car windows like I was 18yo. It's Masterpieces like this song that make me proud to be 39yo and was able to enjoy alot of these classics when I was in High School for all 6 years I was in there.
Straight classic... Big ups to the whole Boot Camp Click/Black Moon/OGC unit. This is what Hip Hop is. Nothing flashy, nothing Hollywood, nothing scripted and nothing wack....
Damn I miss the old hip hop and rap music ain't like it used to be no more but Heltah Skeltah & OGC can rap better than the rappers that are out today.
I miss dressing like this so much. Now the style is wearing ur girlfriends clothes and designer bullshit. Bring back fatigues field jackets carhartt jeans etc
I’m glad at even young age in this time I found out the legends heltah skeltah and the whole bootcamp clik. Nocturnal is one of the best hiphop albums of al time.🔥💿
Golden age of hiphop fosho! When lyricism mattered, MCs brought their A-game, tried to out-do each other, we had MC cliques and the DJs let the whole track play. Now, we have fake rappers, weak lyrics, DJs play a track for 15 seconds...come to think of it...the music is garbage so we can't stand the whole damn song anyways!
