Actually, this is a norwegian adaptation of "der heimliche aufmarsch" which was written in 1927 and the melody was added in 1931. So yeah, predates East Germany by like 15 years
You can hear similar Lyrics and melodies everywhere in Communist movements, a better example is warzawianka, search "warzawianka in (language)" and you will find it.
I'm so fascinated with the unique culture of Socialist songs, where you can go from one country to another and hear the same melody you've heard in another country, but used in a unique way and with different, unique lyrics and nobody minds because it showcases the internationality of the Socialist Movement It's truly quite interesting.
Yeah, because the German version of this song is about going against the West and capitalism saying that they are imperialist. Meanwhile, this song is being a little bit more realistic and calling everyone out on their bs.
Kinda, this is a song made by AKP-ML which was a communist party which sided with China in the cold war, as well as Khmer Rouge and Albania. They still were very blind to the attrocities of their allies.
@@sofiaormbustad7467 it seems that they were antirevisionists. antirevisionists are not opposed to the idea of the USSR at all, and leaders such as stalin and lenin are greatly respected by them. its after the kruschevite capitalist reforms that they believe the USSR abandoned the true socialist ideals they were made for, and thus sided with China, the supposed actual socialist competitor at the time, along with Albania, another anti-revisionist country. The support for the khmer rouge, as myself being an antirevisionist, is deplorable. i know why it was supported, but they had made a grave mistake supporting the Khmer Rouge at that time, considering that it was also funded by America. if you're an American, id criticize you for supporting the Khmer Rouge and being hypocritical of Chinese support, but either way its important to learn from the grave mistakes committed by socialists in the past, to learn from them, and not idolize them for every single decision they ever made.
Lenge leve Norge🇳🇴
@@SimonMannen978 If you've ever looked into Norway outside of Oslo you will know that this claim is more than wrong. Altough, i must admit, if we don't take proper action, your claim will come to reality in the future.
I had a feeling that the tune of the song sounded familiar. And then it finally Hit Me when I heard the Chorus. There is a German Version of this song .
For those that do not know, this is from a Maoist/Marxist-Leninist-Mao Zedong Thought Party, the USSR was no longer socialist and was an imperialist state by the time this recording was made, that’s why it’s anti-Soviet.
UncountedWall no it didn’t, the means of production were in control of the revisionist CPSU, which through Khrushchev became a bourgeoisie party instead of a proletariat party, meaning the state was no longer lead by the proletariat and therefor no longer socialist in nature. The Economy of the USSR after the revisionist line was consolidated also relied on profit motives and the exploitation of resources and money from it’s comprador states, like the DDR or Cuba, which runs directly counter to the principles of Marxism and Marxist-Leninism.
@@WyattPriceTV the later stages of USSR was as much communist as Republicans today are conservative. "MAGA" is inherently reactionary. Regards, a Norwegian conservative ;)
As someone learning *Bokmål* Norwegian, I could easily hear something was off. Well that something is Nynorsk. This is not what the majority speaks in Norway. Nynorsk is a minority (though 2nd offical language) language group and Bokmål is the most spoken.
@@tomquans1701 Nynorks is based on Old Norse, while Bokmål is based on the Danish language, so it's more similar to English. Linguistics are a very complicated issue which take an entire essay to explain.
