My dad died like this 2 days ago. It happened so quickly. The second my mother saw something was wrong, he was already showing signs of brain damage equivalent to someone with severe cerebral palsy. Minutes later he was dead. No doctor or paramedic on earth could've helped. RIP big man😔

This explains a lot. I suffered a brain haemorrhage in 2018 and was put in am induced coma for 3 weeks. When I woke up I had meningitis, pneumonia, hydrocephalus, I couldn’t walk, talk, see properly, I had to learn how to swallow again and my body wouldn’t stop shaking but even through all of that I survived and I thank the universe everyday for giving me a second chance at life and not taking me away. The body goes through so much during and after a bleed on the brain. It fucks everything up

I suffered from brain hemorrhage last year on February 10th. It was really painful like your head is about to blow😞 then i was brought to the hospital because i was vomiting and can't see very well then the doctor said that i am suffering from brain hemorrhage and he said that open surgey was needed. I was crying since it happened then I started to cry even more when the doctor said about the open surgery because that's the first time i had a surgery and I wasn't prepared to accept it😞 but i got no choice. By may 13th last year, My surgery was done and when i woke and i thank the lord that I'm still alive.😊 sorry about my grammar because english is not my first language🙈 Edit: I never thought people would like my comment. I'm 20 years old now and for those people who are asking if how I'm doing now, well I am feeling better. Though, after I had the stroke, I became somewhat blind, but I am okay with it. This happened to my mom at the end of April 2021. I could tell something was seriously wrong so thankfully she was taken to the hospital. In ICU for a while . Her recovery has been nothing short of a miracle. I stopped working to see her through- so very thankful to be there every step of the way 🙏 Praying for all who suffer from this.

My partner,now turning 33 y/o had a stroke (intraparenchymal hemorrhagic left basal ganglia)while on duty in the ER he was 31 then.. he underwent decompressive craniectomy that same day,speech and memory got affected but praise God he's doing well now..he experiences quite slurred speech at times but i love him more today than yesterday! This happened to me in Dec. 2018 and I was 22 y/o. So lucky to have survived a cerebellar stroke. It’s very rare and counts for 2% of all strokes. I couldn’t, walk, couldn’t balance at all, had double vision, problems with coordination, deafness in one ear, and had to relearn to swallow. Despite these, I had my young age at my side and have healed pretty much 100%. It’s so sad to hear about people that don’t make it because of this. I’m dedicating my studies to work as a SLP to help those in stroke rehabilitation as I’ve been helped. Stay active everyone and practice makes perfect!

This brain stroke is rough on family as well as person who survives such as myself who brain stroke I had was at 36yr bc blood pressure. What I learned in this God is amazing. After passing out at home & flatlined 2x. I'm still here able to walk, talk, write, read & think again ( lil delayed). I'm still here tho.

My grandma passed away because of this on May 2nd 2020. Just 12 days before my 14th birthday. We were super close. On February 13th 2020 (A few months before her stroke), I got my first boyfriend! I really wish my grandma got to meet him. But at least she got the chance to know I got a boyfriend and I’ve told her about him many times😊 I’m still in a relationship with my boyfriend. Our 6 month anniversary is in 2 days! But anyways, I hope your grandma is gonna be alright. Keep me updated! Sending prayers😇

My Mother had a hemorrhagic stroke this 20th of July 2022 (20th of Dhu'l-hijjah 1443 AH) , she is 72 and the doctor didn't operate her, he said he is too old to bear the pain. I had hemorrhaging around my brain a couple months back now. I was supposed to get a surgery but, at the last minute, it was canceled. Apparently it had gone away by itself. Which I was pretty happy about. Lol. The only thing now is, I still get some fairly big headaches and they tend to hang around for about four to five days at a time. Not sure if that's an issue or not.
Two days ago my grandpa died because of a hemorrhagic stroke. He did not deserve to die either like many of the people who died from this. This was one of the hardest things I've had to go through in my life so far. Ever since this experience I have intentions of teaching the public on managing your health (hypertension caused his stroke) and how important it is to have a healthy diet and take care of yourself and your heart. It's good to start young and even if you are already sick make sure you take your prescribed medications as directed and monitor your blood sugar, blood pressure, everything as a sick/ old person! I can't help but to think that maybe if he had paid attention to his blood pressure that day, he would've been here today. Just maybe. :(

I had to go to speech therapy for years after & can't see out of my left eye properly at night as a side effect from it & find maths & numbers difficult to understand. I'm very grateful to the surgeon who saved my life at such a young age.

I'm watching this because my mom died in a car accident on the 2nd of November, 2016 after suffering a major brain haemorrhage. I was in the car with her and saw my dead mother's face washed with blood. The day was and will always remain the worst day of my life!
It is amazing, what the brain is capable of, however, it is the most vital, important organ in the human body. I edited this comment, to say that I am sorry for those who have suffered not only disabling brain injuries, but other medical injuries and diseases as well, and I hope you all are or can find relief and treatment to get better. I had a brain hemorrhage (tbi) caused from hitting my head hard in a car accident six months ago. I was in ICU for 2 days, and then hospital for 4 days, brain absorbed the bleed within itself luckily. I had ruptured spleen, badly banged leg and bruised ribs...I'm lucky. Now I have terrible migraines, headaches often, stiff neck before a migraine comes on. Shaky hands, pins and needles in extremities, chronic recurring fever and pain in my body, I eat but can't can't gain weight, and dizzy. I definitely feel like the brain injury has either overdriven or catalyzed my central nervous system or/and damaged part of my personality, (creativity, socially, memory, emotion, etc.) I have to take anticonvulsants and heart medication, other meds. All symptoms with the exception of migraines, starting after the car wreck--my doctor suspected I may have autoimmune disorder--ive moved recently and very soon I am about to see a new doctor. Hoping to seek resolution in my new medical journey.
This just happened to my mom six weeks ago. It was very scary at first, but she has thankfully been improving quite a bit lately. She's turning 72 in November, but is very active for someone her age. She is now going through some physical therapy which she started last week & she was extremely tired afterwards at first, but now she continues to stay awake & alert most of the day as well as respond to certain commands. We're currently working on getting her to move her tongue to all commands as well as swallowing more, then she can get the trach off of her neck & start with speech therapy to get her talking again. It was very rough for my family & I for a while at first, but she has come quite a ways since the beginning & is starting to get much stronger now.
Update: Six months later & she was having a slow but smooth recovery & she never had to go through speech therapy thankfully. Unfortunately she just had another hemorrhagic stroke the other day, but so far it isn't nearly as bad as the first one was. Her vitals are good, she is still responsive & her face isn't drooping like the first time. The bleeding happened in the same spot which is good cause that spot was already damaged & it hasn't increased like the first time so far. Hoping she'll wake up completely soon & continue where she left off.
Update: It's been five months since the second hemorrhage & she's been hanging in there just fine, but my family & I haven't been able to go visit her & work with her for the past four months cause of the stupid Covid & her recovering is going much slower than the first time cause of that, but we've been Skyping her through an iPad they have at the rehab hospital she's been staying at. She was taken by ambulance to a regular hospital the other day cause her blood pressure plummeted. We didn't know what caused it at first, but turns out she has an infection that has happened before & they were able to get her blood pressure back to a safe level quickly, so she should be returning to the rehab hospital in the next few days.
Mother is going through the same thing but the docs are saying her case can't be treated coz the bleeding was really deep .. mind telling me how it was for ur mom and how did she recover
@@sahbibarkallah3252 Sorry for the late reply, but my mom is doing really well now. She's still at the rehab facility unfortunately as she's still not walking yet. My brother got married last week & she was able to be transported in a van to his wedding & back which was a four hour round trip. We got her Doctors order to start physical therapy a while back, but she's been eating three meals a day no problem & has been her same old self again for a long time. She had a piece of her scull removed after the second hemorrhage happened to prevent swelling & will need to eventually have a plate installed on the open spot.
Dad had this early Sunday morning 11th September. He passed away on the 14th. We are still in the process of realizing all that had happened. We can only thank God for dad's wonderful 66 years of life on earth. We look forward to meeting him again on gloroius morning. Love you always papa. Rest in peace❤
My uncle just died today after having a hemorrhagic stroke on February 14.. I'm upset and sad that he passed away.. I wish me and my family has a way to save him but it's sad that he has to go.. May he rest in peace ❤😭
I'm very cautious... A few years back I got my first concusion which cracked my skull. This was when I was 6 so my skull was still fragile. The doctors told me to try to be careful with your head for the rest of your life. If you get 1 more concusion in your life time your brain will start to bleed
My dad had one 8 days ago & currently fighting for his life. 😭😭 His roommate waited 6 hrs after his severe headaches started to call the ambulance because my dad couldn’t speak or walk & fell over. My mother Olga suffered from this on nov 2019. She needed emergency surgery to save her life. Her VP shunt caused it and now she’s back at the hospital for an infection. They completely removed the shunt but doctors don’t think she will go back to her usual self. Please help me pray for her. 😣 thank you.
My grandmother passed away yesterday (21May22) due to her 2nd and 3rd brain hamorrhage attack she had her first attack on 12May due to hypertension and doctors advised to get medical treatment as soon as possible but due to lack of funds it took us 8 days to arrange funds and in the morning of surgery day she had 2 consecutive attacks and she died same day evening (no surgery performed) I'll always miss you Aai💐

My father died this nov 7 2020 Because of cardiac arrest secondary to intracerebral hemorrhage. It was a quite sudden death to him, last night before that happened i had the chance I spoke with him through phone i never thought that would be our last conversation the nxt day we recieve the phonecall that he was run to the hospital, it was one my uncle who brought him in hospital. My father suffered hypertension because of too high blood pressure until he started vommiting and lead to unconsciousness, when i heard that news that is the time im about to cry and start to fear for my papa because we dont know what will happen, until the phone rang and they told us right after the ct scan and minutes away. The Doctor is reviving my father's body because i know that moment even his in pain he was fighting and doesnt want to die yet because my father knew we are waiting for him,. And bec we're not on his side during that time he was in laguna. The last time he went home was july before his birthday then he came backagain in laguna because of work and promise us he will come home on this coming december . 😢 My father dont deserve that kind of situation he has been . , he was a loving a good father to us. Until now i cant believe that his gone still in denial, it so hard to wake up in the morning feeling hopeless helpless and depress. I miss my papa so much. 😭. But i know God has plan and reason for this..

I am 34 years old. I had mild hemorrhagic stroke 2 weeks ago. Luckily it lasted for only few minutes so damage was not done to my brain. I was hospitalized for a week just to monitor my blood pressure because according to the doctor after an initial stroke it is very likely to have another one within 3-5 days. So it was necessary to strictly control my blood pressure. I have been given blood pressure medication on discharge. I am feeling better. Little fatigue and headache but it should b healed within few weeks hopefully..

@@michaelscott3175 i had sudden severe headache and for 2 minutes only my speech got slurred and numbness in one side of the body, and feeliung vomiting..but it lasted for only few minutes.. but it was unusual symptoms and we rushed to the hospital just to be sure if anything was wrong!

My mother in law suffered from this and is currently in the ICU when she was brought in to the ER Her blood pressure was extremely high. It happened so fast she was just talking and moving around just a few hours before to on life support. It’s painful to see her like this and to see her family suffer watching her like this too . Same. It happened to me in my sleep @28 years of age - I'm 48 now. I was left with blind spots on the left side of both eyes. It was awkward and annoying at first, but my vision adapted. Now, I can see fine..... 🙈
My friend died from this she was only 14 and I didn't get to go to a funeral because of covid it was really sad because I've known her since I was five and I went to gymnastics with her and this was pretty recent so it's been hard

My dad was hit by a car while riding his bike yesterday. We have been told he has a small brain bleed, he is occasionally speaking gibberish, can't answer simple questions, and did not recognize my mom and younger brother when they went to see him earlier today. Yes.. smoking leads to stroke .... If your father had high blood pressure, then you should never smoke and you should monitor your Blood pressure regularly

I had a hermorhagic stroke in 2014. had a little bit of high blood pressure, but did not take it too serious. a smoker too. when I had my stroke, I was about to light up a cigar. As soon as the cigar touched my lips, I felt a 'pop" inside my head on the right side. My whole left side went numb, even my teeth. I knew what it was right away. I was able to stagger back inside my house and got into bed, thinking that I needed to nap. not feeling well, I decided to try to get something to eat. I made it out to the kitchen and made myself a bowl of cereal. My oldest son and wife came out and asked "what the hell is wrong with you?" They heard me bouncing off the hallway walls, trying to keep my balance. I just thought my wife was looking for an argument ( we argued a lot). I said that I was just eating some cereal, but I thought I had a stroke, My son said I'm calling 911. I was take to hospital and then flown to another for emergency surgery. They cut a section of my skull out to gain access to the bleed. They were able to stop the bleeding, but not before I lost some use of my left arm and leg. My speech was not affected just arm and leg. It hurt like hell to have my skull cut and removed, so I yelled for morphine a lot. It was some of the worst pain that I had ever experienced. To make matters worse, I developed an infection in my head, which caused my head to swell and split. After that surgery, I came home again to recover. My so-called wife called me useless and left me, taking everything I worked for along with my kids. For six years I have had to try to take care of myself and curse every day that I didn't die that day. The doctors had told me that I had only 30 minutes before going into a coma, If I had know that, I would have stayed at home and died. It was my my time to go. Been nothing but hell since then. No help/support from anyone. One day the pain and misery will end, I can't wait.

My mums best friend who was a wife and a mother and grandmother died out of the blue last month because that happened. She had no symptoms just a few headaches but nothing unter wards!! Her funeral was today.. U just never know!! One minute ur alive doing normal life stuff the next ur gone.
That's how thing works in many occasions. FDR's last words were: "I have a terrific headache", then he collapsed and died. As headache is the major symptom for strokes and aneurysm, the major symptom for heart attacks is chest pain. Hemorrhagic stroke causes a thunderclap headache, described as "the worst headache ever"

My father says sometimes he feels blockage in his brain like its not happening every day its happening 3 or 4 time in a year he says that he feels a sudden painful blockage in his brain or in nervous of brain..and its lasts about for 5 or 6 seconds but its quite painful he says if it lasts for 1 or 2 minutes it can cause even death..so we have said it to doctors and they are saying its nothing please somebody tell me what is it? Is it as harmful as he thinks?

Some occasions, folks don't have symptoms of hemorrhagic stroke. They just have a terrifying headache then they collapsed. A man told me that his grandma died from a stroke at 83 in 2016, her last words were "Oh, goodness, I've got a terrible headache" then she collapsed on the floor.
i’m 15, my mom is on her way to the hospital in an ambulance, i think she had one of these. it’s been about 5 days since she had a terrible migraine and dizziness which led to her falling in the kitchen because she missed the desk while trying to put her hand on it because she was dizzy. we were driving home from the clinic just a while ago and she got a couple words mixed up while talking and had dizziness. does anyone have any information about this that they could give me? we live in Seattle and our hospitals i’m pretty sure are good quality. thank you ❤️
Flohties I’m 17 and my mom could possibly have this she was in a car accident when she was in her teens. She’s been complaining about these headaches for years now, she’s vomiting and complaining about a very painful headache. She gets an X-ray soon. YOU’RE NOT ALONE HERMANO❤️❤️🕊🕊
I lost my father from this. It happened so quickly, he was well in the morning and in the coma in the afternoon, and passed away the next day. But, i guess, this is life we have to live on, despite the heartbreak and missings. Im 18 years old this year.
I too lost my dad before 3 month.. he suffered brain hemmarage due to high blood pressure.. he suffered for 5 days and he died... he could not move, he could not speak, he could not see, and he could not recognise us. Too painful moment for us and for him.
