I just had the hemorrhoid surgery done on 6-23-2020.Prolonged it for 5 years.Very painful,dark bloody stools,to the point,I couldnt tolerate it any longer The surgery to me was worse than child birth.I cant cough sneeze,blow my nose,so sit on my buttocks,I purchased a donut,and ended up with two sitz bath which is a hot mess,the tubing doesnt stay in it,and I have more water on the floor than at my rear.I decided to toilet train my cat with the sitz bath container,and use the adjustable shower nozzle directly on my bottom.I will soak in Epsom salt once a day.But this procedure is very painful.Wish I would have done it sooner.Mine looked like a person with a busted lip.But I will bounce back very soon.Thanks for the advice.

I'm 30 with hemorrhoids. I've been moderately physically active, but I've had them for a while, sometimes flaring up, sometimes not. I cut off coffee completely, as well as sugar, and I'm trying to change my diet to have less processed foods and more greens. It doesn't help that I drive all day as part of my job too, which I try to balance with exercise and taking breaks. It sucks.
I have good news to report. My hemorrhoids pains are almost completely gone. I did two things: 1) Eat two apples a day and 2) STOPPED drinking coffee. Coffee and even caffeine itself made it all worse for me, and this is coming from someone who's drank coffee for decades. Now that I dropped coffee (and all sources of caffeine), along with eating more fruits, my trip to the bathrooms are SOOO much better and I don't suffer from them. I highly recommend everyone to drop caffeine, especially coffee. It's not worth the itchy butt, the bloody stools, or the pain itself.

@@B61zz13 I currently have hemorrhoids that are painful when I sit , not painful really when I walk, I think I have 2/3 ritbt now . One of them is kinda purple and is painful :/ I got them from a laxative I took . I’m 22 and scared to get surgery . This is my 4th hemorrhoid my life , my first really painful one , I’m gonna start eating two apples a day and cut just about most my sugar off
@@Dhbdb87 It is essentially permanent and will have flare ups unless it is removed. If they are still noticeable but 0 pain and its been months since you first had them, they turn into permanent hemmeroids and hurt randomly, i still treat the ones i wrote about. I use cream by the doctor and tucks cooling pads after every bowl movement. What has helped me not get them again is taking miralax everyday and taking 3000mg psyllium husk daily. also i drink about 6 bottles of water a day.
unbearable pain. Can't walk, can't seat, can't stand. Sneezing and coughing make pain worse. I am screaming from the pain since 2 days. God, don't give this pain to anyone.
Update: i went to see a GP after few days and it came out as anal fissures both inside the ring and outside the ring, so he recommended me some creams, laxatives and sitz bath( 4 times a day for 6 weeks). I followed everything , changed my eating habits and it's 90% cured now after 10 weeks. Still has few external fissures, but i am just hoping it will go away soon.

I had stage 4 trombo! I did the surgery, it was like living in hell for 3 weeks. But now i poop as a babe. Go check it out asap if you have a problem, believe me, don't wait until stage 4!

Ok it hurts like a mofo if you have an issue . Just being honest here. I had a really CRAP doctor put an anoscope in and I wanted to cry. She shoved it in really hard (after accidentally putting it in my vagina-- talk about a dumbass). She didn't notice that I also had a fissure. >< It shouldn't be "PAINFUL" when you just have a hemmeroid to insert the anoscope. If it hurts your doctor is stupid and needs to stop so they don't damage the area further. I went to someone else a couple months after that awful experience and the doctor numbed me (thank you) with lidocaine prior to doing a digit-exam with his finger to check for abnormalities and then using a smaller anoscope (which yes still hurt but at least he could look). He noticed I had a fissure right away. I still wanted to puke/cry but managed to get through it. Normally though it should NOT hurt- just be uncomfortable.

To save yourself lots of trouble, pain, and money. Smash a half bulb of garlic in a bucket. Pour hot water on it, and immediately sit on the bucket. Let the steam oil from the garlic do its thing to your problem. Do this at least once a day for two to three weeks. To help with pain until the garlic does its job. Use "ma ying lon" cream. The smell from the cream is strong, but the relief is worth it. Smells like old tree bark. For the super brave,. Before bed, put a fresh peeled slightly smashed garlic up there until midnight or as long as you can bare it. 2-3 hours can work well.

It puts you into a more natural squatting position and less straining. 2: Don’t wipe with toilet paper. Use a bidet or just clean with water. Don’t wipe dry just pat dry. 3.Once dry soak a cotton ball with Witch Hazel ointment and apply liberally to area. Leave cotton there inside underwear for at least 4 hours. 5.Take a Witch Hazel oral capsule supplement in recommended dose for 1 week. 6.Drink lots of water. Eat a high fiber diet with lots of fresh fruit and veg. Also natural stool softener like 2 prunes daily. Avoid gluten wheat bread/pasta, coffee, sugary processed foods, too much animal protein, dairy. God bless

I have seen videos of 3 male doctors on this topic giggling like 14 yr old boys during the discussion but FAIL to begin by defining what hemorroids actually ARE first off. Unbelievable! Women come closest to the medical professionalism handling this topic (but some women fail to define right off too). I don't understand the squeamishness around discussing hemorrhoids particularly by medical professionals. I can only deduce that men are squeamish due to some sort of homophobia involved with talking about their own sex receptacle, their anus. Grow up, boys.

Go see a proctologist, it is absolutely preventable. Don’t even worry. Make some lifestyle changes- emphasising on increasing your fibre and water content. If you increase your fibre content, you can eat essentially whatever you like. I’ll be happy to help clear any more doubts.

Chira Shankar I went to a cvs and got a fiber rich powder to mix with my drinks, I ate lots of fruits and drank lots of liquids especially water. Also my mom gave me this cream to put on the spot to ease the pain.
Try earthing Mira..it's good for almost all health problems and it's easy to DIY a grounding mat..and a exercise call "ping suai gong"is also good for health.
I would suggest you meet with a proctologist as soon as you can to have them check you and diagnose the issue. If it’s at an earlier stage, you can absolutely cure it by making lifestyle changes like incorporating fibres and drinking more water. Once you get your daily fibre content in, you can essentially eat whatever you like. But please, go see a doc. Surgery is the last option but make sure you exhaust all other ‘conservative’ treatments. You can do this!

have been to the e.r twice since i have no family doctor they did a dare exam, i dont have bloody stools no diarea no change in weight, no signeficant pain just alot of pressure inflamation and swelling feels dry no cream seems to work i tried nefedilipile ointment and 0.5 hydro cortisone, anusol nothing works, also feels like a bump on the anus inside the opening, feels very raw cant even sit down its been 2 month and no relifed i was refered to a g,i but in canada it is a 5 month waiting im in discomfort do u believe it hemrhoid or maybe a cyst, ? it get iratated when its touched and flares up for 24 hours ???
