Henry has the best technique and concepts that I’ve ever encountered.

Positional training is the best way to resist injury. I refuse to full spar with anyone I don’t know, been injured too many times and it’s always with someone I don’t know well.

As a once week over 50 purple belt, Henry’s tips have helped me greatly. Not only to survive on the mats with the young bucks, but also to keep the passion alive. Thank you Henry Akins!

Nick, as a fellow halfway centenarian I too take tons of insight from Henry. I find myself quoting him to fellow students at least once a month, he's a treasure of valuable information.

If Rickson promoted him all the way through, then you know he earned every single stripe the hard way.

If only his instructionals weren't so expensive, I'd love to learn from him!

There are enough free ones out there you could make it to brown belt learning his alone. But I agree his hidden Jiu Jitsu system is pricey.

If you can bite the bullet, all of his material on his website is well worth it.
