Henry has such great facial structure so tight and symetrical, he's a great looking guy.

this is such a great interview ! hard to find rare and decent footage of Hank from the eighties that hasnt been doing the rounds for years. nice to come across "new" interviews like this. ive met him over and over again throughout the years, he was always cool and took the time to chat. great work ! thanks.

one of my favorite stories of his was when him and mackaye went to Europe with black flag for the first time. the two of them were stoked to meet all their favorite English bands while the members of black flag were more apathetic. sure enough each experience they have out there goes terrible. bands totally dismiss them. fans throw bottles and steal their equipment. when people give artists from that era grief for being prickly have no idea what they had to put up with

Hard to believe a band like fIREHOSE with their “econo” aesthetic would’ve spent 30k on a record. Especially the SST releases. Sonic youth on the other hand...

I've liked Danzig I since it dropped. But Hank's right - it DOES sound like the Cult. I remember thinking that when I first heard it.
