Henry always looks semi out of control, his skis shaking and always struggling to scrub off speed, yet he never messes up and pulls off the most outrageous stunts. He's going to be a world class for sure!
Idk how fair that is. I mean we don’t know what ski he’s on, if he prefers a less damp, lighter ski then that can play a huge part. He might not have the same level of strength too.
He was young here and definitely not as strong as older skiers which definitely leads to some of that. As he grows up and gains more weight + strength he’ll be able to send as hard as candide
Some of these jumps are bonkers if you've been / are from there. Everytime I see Candide in a La Clusaz video, I'm like "fuck, I know this spot, it's big." What a joy to watch, every time.
WP aziz, smooth filming and no impact sond after the (huge) jumps ! Sinon vivement le passage sur winteractivity plus long que le dernier 😄 (genre leur faire découvrir balme)
We do not have high mountains in Estonia, but we have two very good cross-country skiers and they are from same family! Kelly Sildaru is 18 years old and Henry Sildaru only 13.
Ame pure. Point
Not sure how I feel about this new M83 song, it's really an odd departure to ditch synths for ambient wind noises and stuff, but the video sure is cool.
Depends on the rock, and it's quite hard to pull off. Grass is easier and nicer on the skis. You also got to put your DIN quite high. I weight 75 kg and when I'm family skiing I put my DIN at 7/7.5. But when I hit gnarly stuff I put it at 8/8.5 bordering 9 if I know I'll go over grass. These guys put it even higher. But it's risky for your knees.
As a person who grew up ski racing and living a life of skiing, this is one of the best videos I've ever found. I became a PSIA certified instructor nearly two decades ago. I have moved through those certifications and I love teaching children to ski. It has become my lifetime passion. This has been my side-hustle but I now envision this as my future. Next year I will join USSA and expand my journey to become a certified ski race coach as well. I can't be any more humble and appreciative to do this work. How lucky am I.
Mais comment faites vous pour skier sur l'herbe.. La seule fois où j'ai essayé les deux skis sont restés en place et je me suis retrouvé 15m plus loin !
