when she actually wanted them dead, she failed in all posible ways, but when she actually wanted to loose, she was given the kingdom and killed them. such an irony XD
Morgana Le´Fay well part of the reason why she couldn't kill them was because RUMPLE made a deal with snow and charming so that then Emma could be born and break the curse in the future.
Not only because Snow and Charming were protected by Rumple, but also because Regina always wanted to make them suffer. She didn't just want to crush their hearts and have it over with, she wanted to make sure the both of them went through what she had to go through. That's why she made the curse. But it is pretty ironic, I am not going to lie. haha
Yeah but it's also really stupid. I mean she came to this world with a mission and almost got killed in a really dumb way. She could have made the sword disappear, she didn't even have to fight, but no, she decided to let him kill her.

She was standing there with her eyes closed, she wouldn't do a thing. Yeah, pretty noble thing of her, the whole love thing and stuff, but it doesn't change the fact that being killed in alternative reality when you were supposed to rescue someone it not a wise thing to do.
I have no idea but I do hope she stops trying to defeat the evil Queen by destroying her but instead accept her for who she is and who she was. I don't like how Regina is trying to shun apart of herself. I mean you're supposed to live every part of yourself the good and the bad.
Well yeah but when the only role model she has for doing so that she can identify with is Rumplestilskin (Zelena's never really tried to be good and lets not even go into her mother) you can see why she's having a tough time accepting her darkness. Also this is the first time since before she became queen that she's been able to choose to be good without being influenced by Cora or by revenge (which can be traced back to Cora), Plus she just lost her true love for the second time, she's grieving, wondering why she can't be happy so she's done the only thing that gives her control which is to expel the dark side of her rightly or wrongly. I feel she will reunite with the evil queen soon though since this episode has proven she can dip into the darkness without compromising who she is now so hopefully this is a step towards her becoming whole again
The problem is that the Evil Queen is like Dr. Evil, in that she insists on using convoluted torture mechanisms, instead of ruthless efficiency. Also, as for what amnesiac Emma did, I say that it does take courage and intelligence to know when to surrender. Against rational, sane enemies, this actually reduces casualties on both sides. See Liu Shan's surrender near the end of the 3 Kingdoms (portrayed more positively in Dynasty Warriors than Romance of the 3 Kingdoms).

I think it is ironic that when Regina wanted to kill Snow and David so badly in the real past she was never able to accomplish it. Yet in this Emma's wish world and Regina comes to get Emma with no personal vendetta against Snow and David, yet she is able to kill them in a matter of hours.
I think maybe because for Regina this is just The Wish realm she thinks it's not real and it's not a big deal if she kills Snow and David because it won't affect the real Snow and David after all.

that first scene cracks me up everytime. Regina is so happy when she asked if Emma is holding some kind of weapon, only to be disappointed when it was the 'key to the kingdom'. That "Seriously?" there was so dry and incredulous. I can't even. Hahahah

can we just talk about how regina could've left everything in storybrooke and take over the kingdom here, living her dreams. she could use a potion to make wish henry forget about his family as well. the only thing blocking that happiness is rumple trying to kill her because of what she did to belle tho Regina really has changed tremendously throughout this series, i love the character developments in this show
read about this ep on the Wikia page... basically, this realm was created by a wish, but it was still a realm with actual people.. so the people here are copied versions of their original selves... and that means, now Regina has blood on her hands... again...
Actually, since Robin is back and he was dead in the original, and since genies can't restore someone who died to life (even by creating a copy), they are all just illusions created to grant Emma's wish. At least, that's what Regina thinks right now.
OMG! I was laughing so hard, at how weak and vulnerable Emma was in her dream. I couldn't help, but laugh when Emma gave Regina the key to the kingdom.

officiallytyshay (Sorry for my Bad english) I Agree about that, but I believe this World isn't base on the actual timeline, but more on Emma's vision of a World were she's happy and doesn't need to fight anymore. Plus, don't forget that The "true" wich of the evil Queen was that Emma became completly harmless.

Ethan Surya no she wasn't going to save Regina, but when she saw Henry almost kill which she never wanted him to do, she feared that becuz that is one of her biggest fears as a mother to have a son who is a killer. So Emma stopped Henry from killing Regina because she was about to see her nightmare come true. She even mentions that in the episode.
I still don’t understand how there are two Henrys. It doesn’t make sense. Because the Wish Realm followed the same path as the original Enchanted Forest up to the point where Regina cast the curse. Except in the Wish Realm she failed and the curse never happened. That’s when things deviate. Now long before the curse was supposed to be cast Neal ended up in a land without magic meaning he would still exist in a land without magic however, the entire reason Emma went to the land without magic was to save her. And as shown by her having grown up in the Enchanted Forest she never went to that land and neither did Pinocchio meaning the whole magical wardrobe was never used. But if Emma never went in it that means she wouldn’t have met Neal, wouldn’t have had sex with him, and wouldn’t have produced Henry. Therefore wish realm Henry shouldn’t exist. If Neal and Emma never met Henry shouldn’t exist. Even if Emma in this world got together with someone else their DNA and genes would’ve produced a totally different child. I mean it just doesn’t line up or work. Wish Realm Henry should not exist.
The curse was supposed to be casted in 1983 and Neal left neverland in 1990 (because he was 24 when he met Emma in 2000). My theory is that Pan needed Neal to meet Emma to produce the heart of the truest believer (Henry) so instead of allowing Neal to escape to the land without magic, he was sent back to the Enchanted Forest. How he managed to avoid Rumple for all those years i really don't know- except that maybe Rumple was locked up and no one freed him till now, so he couldn't have met his son.
The problem with you saying that is, they were MADE real, by Emma’s wish. The Wish Realm , unlike the rewritten story by Isaac Heller, ended up being a real realm, shown later when the Wish version of Hook had his own storyline in Season 7.

just how many FAKE memories emma's already had in her head by the series finale 1st fake memories regina give her to escape storybrooke with henry 2nd, in the book realm in season 4 where she was locked up in the tour 3rd, this one as princess emma 4rd, before the finale battle with black fairy, fake memories where she didn't break the curse, no one gets their memories back, and she was in hospitals

I regret that Regina didn't talk with Emma about Storybrooke etc. but instead she killed her parents, both of them. This Wish Realm is like Pinokio and Rumpelstiltskin knowing about Storybrooke she could figure out that Wish Realm, though didn't exist 24 hrs before, is real. She could use use the same trick, when Snow casted curse and crush only David heart. Wait for Emma's reaction and then split Snow's heart and bring to live David
This scene makes me mad. It reallys. I mean, honestly. Can we just talk about how Regina was so cruel in this scene? Okay, nothing in this wish is real, i get it. But still. Emma's memories was gone, she was begging her to save her parents, helplessly. And Regina killed her parents in front of her, while she was crying and begging. I honestly hate Regina so much. And I also hate the fact that the writers made Emma thanked Regina afterwards.

Poor Henry! Now his grandparents are dead and he does not know where his mother is. The kingdom is in uproar because Rumple is freed and angry because Belle is a bag of bones because King Charming and Queen Snow forgot to free the prisoners. Henry is king and has to take care of it all along with his despair of losing his family. This realm is as real as any other and they destroyed it, because they decided those they did not care for were fake but Robin of Loxley was real enough for them to bring him though Pinocchio's wardrobe.

Uh, Regina, you just did hurt him. He just witnessed you kill his beloved grandparents while his mother begged on her knees for their lives. he is going to be out for blood when the show returns. I am actually curious to see where they are going with this two reality thing. because this is so much more complex than a simple illusion. the people in it have their own thoughts, feelings, and emotions. and this Henry is now driven by grief and vengeance.
