Henya really needs to give her body some more care, even from years ago, she always talks about how little actual workouts / escersice she does. And, with covid, it was like a punch to her health. I really hope she can improve, and feel better soon. And she should really take her health with most seriousness from now onwards.

Hope she is truly held back from doing anything but recovering, cause half-assing it just cause of anxiety about leaving her audience for too long or anything along the lines of that spells trouble for future. Tbh I'm kinda glad as one of her recent clips I saw had her laugh which triggered a NASTY coughing fit and I was legit worried. She did say how she was relieved to see when she came back how people hadn't forgotten her so hopefully that will help ease her mind whilst she takes the full time needed to rest up and fully recover . This has been so rough on her, the strain this has put on her physical and mental health has been overwhelming I'm sure. It was the right decision. She needs to put all her focus into rest and recovery. What is more important is that she puts a Lot more effort into improving her immunity once she recovers. Her immune system is really weak likely due to bad nutrition and almost no workout/exercise. Hopefully the hentais, her family and vshojo friends can make sure she works on her health in the future. 🙏🙏

I mean, she was out of commission for about a week and a half, meaning her pneumonia was moderate at the very least. All pneumonia cause some level of injury unless it's detected supremely early. Her lungs are probably still full of detritus and that makes your life miserable even when your lungs are already clear of inflammation because you have to cough out all that bio waste out of your lungs and that takes time. Depending on the level of inflammation, it can take weeks, even months to fully recover your respiratory capacity so it's a good idea to go to a pulmonologist so he can keep track of your recovery rate. That sounds like long covid. Physics Girl/Diana is dealing with it really bad. 😞 I hope she recovers soon.

I'm glad to see that she is putting her health above everything else. The only thing that kinda bugs me about this, is that she mentioned that when she got Covid, she got it from her roommate, who goes outside and does whatever they need to do and then comes back home so there always a chance that the roommate could come back infected and not realize it until either symptoms show up on either the roommate's part or Henya's part. So the only thing that bugs me is Henya's refusal to get the vaccine for it since all vaccines do is essentially give a blueprint to your immune system on how to fight a potential infection more efficiently and recover faster. This coming month, I'm gonna be getting the updated vaccine because about 3 weeks ago, I had gotten Covid again and the virus doesn't play, especially to one who can get upper respiratory infections a little easier than others, so it affected my stamina quite a bit, and I work in an industry that requires alot of heavy lifting so I need my stamina to be at it's max. First time I had gotten infected, I was still under the vaccines' protection at the time so I only felt sick for 24 hours and was able to get out of the recovery much faster so that I would be able to work again. Also, Henya not exercising and taking care of herself is another factor that concerns me a bit. I know she means well, but apart from putting her health first in recovery, she also needs to put her health first in terms of being strong so that her body can fight off illnesses more effectively so I hope this is a bit of a wake up call that she needs to put in the time and effort to getting her base health at a higher level so that she can stream and more importantly, enjoy life at it's fullest. I hope she recovers quickly so that she can get started in getting herself stronger.

Pneumonia on top of covid is a really hard one two punch to anyone. I had covid without the pneumonia and it took me about six months before I felt normal again. She needs to take all the time she needs and let her body heal. Best wishes little kettle. We love you!

Sorry Henya, keep ur chin up, don't feel down. If it's any inspiration my cousin was sick with covid and then had pneumonia after as well but he stayed strong and after about 6 to 7 months he was able to go back to work and now he's out playing basketball and feeling better. You can do it too! 💜😎👍

I wish Henya a healthy hiatus and hope that she comes back feeling great! I think she's got this brain fog/exhaustion because she's not be able to breathe correctly and get enough oxygen. I might be over-worried because my best friend of 11 years was hit with COVID in the first round and was put in a coma for 7 months. I know that was the worst round, but it still makes me worried about people that get afflicted.
