If viral load is low , there are very little chance of transmission of infection to child and that can be further reduced by hospital delivery and vaccination and immuno prophylaxis of baby within 12 hour of birth,,,,,regarding your treatment you will be followed up and if your HBV DNA level will rise with evidence of liver injury only then treatment will be started
