There are videos on this channel (& her cousins @hairstylesbyeden) of women with 4c hair achieving similar styles. The shrinkage is real but a lot of us 4c girls have length and volume and have gotten similar results with a roller set and press.

I didn't understand the need for the roller set if they were just going to use the heat tools in the end.

When I was relaxed that is the how I dried my hair 80 percent of the time. I would roller set on large rollers then wrap it. Omg the movement and volume lasted thru workouts and everything for up to 10 days.

The title on this video was not about how to style your hair it was about how to have gorgeous natural hair and if you're speaking to an African-American woman we know what natural hair means that means hair that is not processed or permed so immediately that title struck me as an education of how to take care of African-American hair which on average is different than her hair texture and that was my expectation. And I'm sorry but you are incorrect that Chili is not biracial she classified herself as mixed rather than African American. Her mother is black and her father is of Native American Middle Eastern descent you should check her biography it will Clearly state that. Nothing I said was disrespectful to her or anyone else I think she has beautiful hair I just stated my personal opinion to encourage and support one another as black women in self-love and acceptance that is all and that was more based on comments that I read than actually this video itself.
