As I began to watch this a friend of mine returned from a funeral of a young 23yr old girl that passed away due to an asthma attack 😢 I stopped, engaged with him & spoke about the brevity of life & then watched this & read Kimmy's blog 😭I tried to post a response on the blog but will also post it here; Brilliant … awe inspiring … captivating … only His words echo to me through this beautiful reminder of Kimmy, thank you! “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. WOW! To say this is just deeply moving would be an understatement. In the world, we currently find ourselves in, with so much desperation, discontentment, stress, and anxiety, plus not to mention all of the unrest and the MAJOR wars and conflicts it is so easy to live in depression and not even realize it. Right as my wife and I were praying and a dear friend of mine wrote to me concerning the Rapture of the church being very close, I come across this and it hit my heart so hard! It brought tears to my eyes as I just stopped everything if but for a few moments and watched this. I'd never heard of the blog before this. I was pondering the news, the pandemic, Antifa violence and protests. I was pondering the war between Ukraine and Russia as well as the wars being fought over our children at school board meetings all across the United States. So much! So many people are so very angry. Is our entire world at the boiling point? I wonder. Then, right in the middle of all of that I see this video and it literally floored me! I can't quite explain it but it touched my heart in a way that made me realize that in the midst of all the insanity in this world, I was losing myself and this video reminded me of the deepest desire I have and that is eternity with Christ. Listening to that blog being read seemed like a cool drink to a very parched soul! If I could sum up the entire thing in two single words they would be; "Eternal Hope". This needs to be shared to the ends of the EARTH!
