Levy county sheriff has done nothing to uphold the C&D, or the EOP. Since L & C haven't been held accountable for their actions it has emboldened them and given them a false sense of security. They think Since the LCSO hasn't Don anything to them, they aren't going to do anything to them. Therefore they can act like there isn't a permanent EPO against them. And I can't fault their way of thinking. The LCSO has enabled them to do all these things with no fear of repercussions or punishment. As soon as they start being held accountable and get jail time, they will rethink their actions.

Doreen is such a boss! The key point is that these bad guys: DeDoofasis, Silverscam, Lienette, & Crook are not in their right minds. QUESTION: Do you know why the Ohio Courts haven't addressed the non-compliance of the PO against Lynette and John with Federal Officials regarding the Florida AG and Levy County Sheriffs, as they haven't yet and will not enforce the PO? Keep up the good fight! God bless you both.

Laura Owens was referred from the family court judge in Maricopa County AZ to the DA for fraudulent filing, perjury and evidence tampering. Maybe Florida should do the same in this case.

I am still blown away with George’s video showing Lynette pulling out of her driveway she and stopping on the road and rolls down the passenger window so she is directly lined up with George sight line and you can clearly hear her say so afraid,first of all the fact that she had to put down the window opposite of her tells me she did intentionally put that window down just to say something to George,the judge will see this clear and intentional violation of the P.O,and make no mistake it was to intimidate her.

It could also be that she has that much on that man he is afraid to leave. Will she go into her usual pattern if he leaves, calling him a child Rappist and a drug dealer and becoming a victim . She has done it to other people as you know. What a horrible woman she is, stated by her own family.

It's awesome seeing you and George getting along well thru all of this stress in your lives, this makes my heart happy, I know it can't always be easy. Remember J. Detomasas did say you would have this injunction until he is removed, and you go back into court. I agree something should be done about this Judge as soon as possible and you should go back to court and this injunction should be removed. ASAP. You’re in my prayers 😊

Here in the uk there is a state benefit that is given to single parents its hundreds of £ a month, alot of people unfortunately try and cheat the system saying there are split up from there partners when not actually broken up , I know its a different country but if there is a benefit simular in the USA clould that be a reqason why bad neiubours are so keen for everyone to think they are not together ??

I think you have exposed a situation that is in fact common place throughout the country defendants on the whole are intimidated by judges or cannot afford the cost of drawn out court cases to challenge competency or constitutionality of judges decisions. Therefore Judges have become used issuing orders or making decisions regardless of the actual law or the constitution ,and as they are immune from prosecution act like Kings issuing decrees.

Her lawyer getting things wrong? If you want to be done with it, you wouldn't make such mistakes. Since that opens up you as the lawyer to a malpractice case. A lawyer would try his best not to open himself up to such liability. Only if Linette gave him wrong information as to which motion to respond to would/ might he be save.
