Jeremy If the Debiases issue ends up going to a higher court and he is found guilty and in the wrong for being biased towards you and Mark Feather. As a judicial system, not only would they be liable for you and Mark Feather. This case will open up so many problems for them. 1. Every case Mark Feather had under judge Debiases could be overturned. Making alot more strain on the legal system,and taxpayers for unconstitutional behavior of a judge. 2. Every lawyer/citizen that has been wronged may come together as a class action suit. 3. What The Hales v. Debiases was be a great significant law. Well Debiases is getting his wish of creating new law. He is just on the wrong end of the merit. Keep up the good fight.

I don't know what happened to my earlier post and don't remember much of it, but let me be the first to say that I always appreciate your mispronunciations. They make me giggle whether they are on purpose like k-scissors or because George has hidden your candy and is forcing you to read upside down to get it back. I returned to look up your hilarious imitation of Lienette crying for Jay K. I hope he uses it. RU-vid might have censored my earlier comment because I asked if it was legal to push the Florida idiots you're having trouble with out of a plane into a hurricane. Levi county sheriff department doesn't wear cameras because they don't want accountability. They are very bad. But just a couple of them. Who want to do their job. I would sue and get a new Sargent. And anyone related to the Meeks should never hold office or have authority.

Jeremy, I know that judges have almost absolute immunity but in your case there has to be a way that either the judges insurance or the state cover ALL of your attorney costs! This is a situation that should never have happened and had ever happened before. That Judge should be forced to pay somehow what he did was so wrong it's nothing that can be compared to.

Jeremy, take this matter to the Florida State Bar Association to see if you can have DeTomassis's law license remove/revoked. If it is removed, then he cannot practice law, hence ergo, be a judge!

So my question is if you do get a new judge and have a new hearing and you're not found guilty can you then file a motion for lynette and crook to placed with a restraining order against them to protect you and George from them.?? Yes it is difficult to read upside down. I can do pretty good bc being an interpreter for the deaf and helping my students I would have to do that a lot during the school day. I commend you for doing it so well. The legal words would throw me off too

No worries - I can not read upside down either - I do not see anyone making any rude comments about pronunciation or of your reading upside down! What I do know and agree with is that those ELEVEN points absolutely should be taken seriously and result in the biased judge being removed. I was a legal secretary for 13 years here in Canada - 3 law firms, 3 cities, 2 provinces - from 1977-1991 - even all these years later they still tend to use big words and language! After those years, and many more in the educational system - (I am now 68) - I just take all those points and boil them down - especially the words -"prejudicial gratuitous remarks" and "disparate treatment" and I came up with this statement - this case involving you two, Jeremy and George, has lasted way longer than ever it should have, it is absolutely causing unnecessary harm and intentional unequal treatment, because of a biased judge, and it should ALL BE DISMISSED! I pray that this Writ moves forward so that it can once and for all be dealt with under a good fair judge, and be dismissed as it should be ONCE AND FOR ALL! It should never have gone this far - and I pray for a positive outcome and God's blessings in this matter!

Res Judicata (say Rez Judy Kata) is pretty much a fancy word for double jeopardy. So what I think Doreen is saying there is that with the other appeal being denied without further reasoning, it should in no way shape or form have a double jeopardy conflicts, or any precedential (i.e. it's been done before so now you have to do it again) value towards the decision regarding this new seperate appeal. Then she cites case law that presumably says just that.

May not matter but "Arroyo" is pronounced like uh·roy·ow with the 'ow' pronounced like the 'o' in jello-o. Means essentially a gully formed in an arid region by water flow which occasionally happens over and over. A steep sided gully.

Conspiracy in your cases,should even from a laymans point of view becomes self evident?As this is the case and as conspiracy is a criminal offence why are not all saId parties under arrest by the authorities and because of the conflictive combatative stance of local law enforcement this means that now the conspirtorial aspect of the court surely brings this case into the scope of the FBI,and by taking into consideration all aspects including drugs(DEA) and transportation of a juvenile across state lines in contrivention of the Lindberg law for Monetary gain never mind the law already broken because of the breaches of civil rights by the judge law officers and legal representatives of the State of Florida up to and inplication of the state legislature even up to and including the Govenors office ,just how high or far does the corruption go to?
