Alex said she partially lived with her grandmother, as well as her aunt. But her grandmother didn't like her, because she was not doing anything with her life! She said when she went to Job Corps, she moved her stuff out of her grandmother's house. She didn't mention her aunt's house. Before that, she said she was crying on the stairs at school, because she only had a short time left in her accommodation and would soon have to move out - but to where?

**Just a reminder ~ or just in case no one has ever told u** What happened to u is not ur fault! U didn't deserve the CSA/SA that was done to u. There's nothing u could've possibly done to deserve that! It was never ur fault!!! *It was 25 yrs after my father molested me when someone told me that for the first time & they continue to remind/reassure me that it wasn't my fault & I didn't deserve that. It seems like simple words, but it has helped me tremendously! So now, I try to share/spread that to others any time there's an opportunity for me to reassure or remind someone!!! Sometimes it takes a while to find the right therapist for you but when you do you’re gonna know it. I share a very similar story as urs. I was raped at 7 yrs old by an uncle, with a mother who willfully turned a blind eye. About 4 yrs ago, this man had the fckng audacity to send me a FB friend request. Oh, I accepted it alright. I may not have gotten justice thru the court system before my abuser died. BUT, I made damn sure the entire world knew what he did to me. I plastered it all over his FB page at 11pm knowing his old ass was likely to be sleeping and the fact it was going to get flagged and taken down once morning came. But fact that I had about nine hours of public justice on a sunny Sunday (when everyone was likely to be home for the weekend) and on social media, FELT AMAZING! You are SO brave! STAY STRONG beautiful soul. You got this! ❤🙏😘

I think by experiencing kind of the same as you had, with family members and even my mother acting like it was no big deal and never talking about it or even letting me express myself, and just holding it in,,, abuse just seemed like the norm and so i lived with it throughout my while life.. This young lady never had a chance in life early on. EVERY adult let her down EVERYTIME. When there were opportunities to take the high road and do right by her, they repeatedly took the low road. Thank God she has one now, free from those monsters who pretended to be parents. Her father was absent and she was left to be raised by a demon of a mother. Her "mother" did not care 1 bit and allowed her boyfriend/husband to repeatedly rape her. When his uncle came to the U.S. and did it too, I am certain the stepdad said, "Hey, go for it." What are the odds, that the uncle would disrespect his nephews "daughter" in HIS house with "mom" there too and just randomly molest her ?? Stepdad told him to do it and I believe mom egged it on. Just like the neighbor went up stairs and started touching her while mom ( The Catholic...LOL ) was outside drinking and drugging w/ her friends and other daughter- mom sent that young man up there to harm her daughter. When she warned mom of her suicidal thoughts, mom said, 'Go ahead". I don't know how it happened, but this "mother" never loved, cared about, respected etc.. her own daughter. It probably started out in utero- her extreme disregard for her. But she's free from her now. And I hope she soars high. I believe she can because she's determined to eek out some measure of happiness in this short life. Because she believes she can, she will. She's smart and knows how to advocate and get services for herself. YOU GOT THIS and those aunts, uncles, mothers, fathers, step-dads, school bullies, sister that did nothing to make you feel like a worthwhile human EVER, Shame on them!!

Such an inspiring testimony. The part when you mentioned you were planning suicide and how your mom didnt care, hit hard. Because i was in a similar dilemma wanting to take my life as well. And like the evil woman she was, my mom showed she didnt care. That was just as bad as the time she told me to leave her house in the middle of the night. I remember crossing a bridge that night and hearing 2 men talking underneath the bridge. I was a kid! What if those guys heard me and did something to me? Your story is igniting something. The system is broken, and it forces us to be creative and make our own system. The system failed you dear. May you find healing through Jesus and be rid of those who abused you mentally, emotionally, and physically.

I’m so frustrated about the help that she could have been eligible for but wasn’t given to her! If she had ssi benefits she could have had some sort of life counselor to help her apply for aids to help her directly, not just money. But she IS if a better situation now which is so great! I’m happy she can be safe now. Definitely keep looking for a therapist that will work for and with you, they’re hard to find sometimes someone who really wants to help you and it’s tiring having to make multiple appointments to have them not work out but you will find someone! ❤

I really hope that she can find a great therapist, who fits her needs and helps her to work through her trauma, to continue her path of healing. She deserves all the help she needs and I hope she finds it.

It breaks my heart how recurrent, and scarily common this is. You're gorgeous, Alex. And everyone else surviving 🙏🏾🙏🏾 Go forward and keep going, you got this. You are seen and loved and matter. Take care and enjoy each breath you can decide for yourself ❤

For those that are confused My stepfather molested me then uncle that’s his brother the mother and stepdad took his brother back to Mexico and dismiss what happen the stepfather brought back his brother after a year later to let the brother live with us again he kept touching me then they send him back to Mexico never seen him again. For the step dad they took him to jail for 8 years because I spoke out. Stepdad molested me 5yr to old 8yr same does with the brother. Abuse starvation if I lost something of his or if the stepdad lost something I wasn’t able to eat until I find the item like video game dvd or remote. Age 15- 14 Got molested by a next door neighbor aka my sister boyfriend brother he was 24. Age 18 got sexual assault by another uncle I had to live with my grandmother afterwards they took my nephews away cause the aunt told the truth on what was happening. Apparently they blame me for it including my sister. Once again I don’t know if I was allowed to say their names Whole bloodline covers stuff up like this

Continue to speak your truth you’re not to blame for none of this. The men are to blame & so are the family members that cover this up allowing the rapist feel comfortable doing these things. I hope you are in a safe place & working towards healing ❤

Thank you Alex for sharing your powerful story with the rest of us. I know that it took a lot of courage to do so and we are all greatful for your truth and strength. I am a csa/cdv surivor myself who never got justice and my attackernever apologized for anything he did. However, the one comfort that I have in regards to my attacker is that when he finally died in March of 2021, his death was extremely medically rough and he died alone. Keep fighting for yourself Alex for you are worth fighting for and you are worth the love and support and care that will help you continue to survive what happened to you as a girl. Many Peace & Blessings to you and your continued fight into peaceful freedom.

your whole presence is such a joyful, adorable & magical light bb doll. ✨️ one of my elementary grade friends was talking about how she didn't get tucked in by her parents the same anymore. it all changed when she was totally confused & blatantly evil because she was telling everyone what i brought up in the topic of the way our parents tucked us in. it was an extremely small rule, Northern Iowa, through the fields of corn & cows so everyone had a different, disgusted/child brain reaction to just pick on me, shamelessly because I had asked my friend if she had her dad come stick his tongue in her teeth & rub against the bed.. but it was just 2nd grade. I had just turned 8 years old that Christmas eve. everyone had gotten back to school from the Christmas break 3 days prior.. I'm so so grateful you had a good net of adults that listened & took steps to give you genuine places to go express yourself. how my ending sounds compared to your path is exactly what no one would want to have a child live through. especially when I was well aware that even teachers were told about it by classmates, more than a few times. I was sat down with the counselor, my teacher, the bishop of our home church. I just remember understanding that the adults speaking around me were going leaps & bounds to mold the whole thing into a passive manipulation for my young mind to register that its better for me to keep quiet about the whole thing.. but it all seems to have pushed me in growing to such a hyper vigilant little person that even as they pulled out the best tactics in the way they were speaking to me, i saw straight through the b.s & spaced out for majority of the conversation happening around me. I don't think I will ever forget that feeling in turning from the chair to exit the door & seeing my morher in the sidelines of the entire meeting. she said nothing, she swiftly left after giving me a look i have yet to see her face make again.. something like she doesn't know how to believe me si she is assuming I am lying.. type look.. but it all changed when she smacked the door of that room shut 2 feet from where i was standing.. I just wanted to make her hug me.. so I just felt like something magnetically pushed my gits to my toes.. I was petrified. thinking i had no one to take my side in the meeting to begin with.. but for her to be so cold.. which came natural to her.. uhh. keep healing ✨️ we are all god's children in healing for the better places our souls will be when we are out of time here in pur meat vehicles 😂much love darling
