Awesome interview and amazing testament. A lady after my own heart. There is no place like Jamaica. I feel sorry for those (especially Jamaicans) who can't see and appreciate what Jamaica has to offer. God bless Jamaica 🇯🇲 🙏
Great interview Throp, some people don’t get it when I say I feel safer when I’m home in Jamaica. You’ll never understand it until you’ve experience it. I felt emotional listening to the Diva herself Queen Michelle ❤️❤️❤️
I fell in love in 2019 and have been 6 times since🤣🤣🤣 One will NEVER understand how the culture captures your heart when you are bitten by the bug. It just feels like home to me. I have NEVER experienced love in any other place I have vacationed. Jamaica is love. The people, the culture is ALL love. I always have the best time of my life. Im working on my Expat journey and planning my 2 trips…one for fun and the other a volunteer health fair with a group of Nurse Practitioner. I foresee being on your panel for an interview Mr. Throp🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Awww..what a beautiful interview..This lady speaks so positive about Jamaica 🇯🇲. She is blessed..The Divas sounds Amazing 👏🏾..Throp you are awesome..keep on doing your thing highlighting our Enchanting Island 🏝. God bless 🙌🏾 ❤️ 🇯🇲🆙️
Great interview. I understand why ppl says she is motherly, cause she radiated that energy in the interview. I also loved how she spoke positively of our island, and she is right; anything can happen anywhere. Jamaica is such a beautiful diamond in the rough
Great interview! I can totally relate to your statement, Jamaica feels like home❤ I travel there 2 or more times a year and cry every time I leave. I feel like I am leaving home💚🖤💛 It truly is an unexplainable connection with an overwhelmingly good feeling and very spiritual. I actually just left there last week lol. I have actually started the process to align things up to move to Jamaica 🇯🇲 It's where I belong ❤
@@DivineDivaTravel I thank you for your kindness. Know that I am grateful for you. You have encouraged and inspired me in ways that you can not imagine💐
Just a wonderful interview Throp and a testament to your families establishment that faciltates The DIVAS coming year after year to Jamaica. What a beautiful woman Ms. Michelle is and a generous soul.
It is truly a feeling one must first experience, then continue to feed the feeling until they make the move. I am missing Jamaica now and ready to return. Thanks so much for watching.
Another great interview! She’s living her best life & making these divas lives epic! Negril is indeed the gem of JA. Can you imagine this place in the next 10 years!!!
Thank you so much!! And that is what keeps me pressing on, is what will Negril be like in 5 years and how many people can I bring to visit her and possibly make it their home also. I already have another trip planned this year. Its a couples trip and yes... we are staying at Travellers!!!
@@DivineDivaTravel you are indeed an amazing being! Indeed! What you do for others and the joy it brings you. The world surely is lucky to have someone like you. You see sunshine ☀️ Blessings always Queen. And yes 5 years… what a city to be living in! Negril to the world!
@@DivineDivaTravel I'm actually here now! lol Layed low in the West End for 2 weeks and headed to the beach road afterwards. I'm looking forward to the day I can REALLY say I'M HOME! 🤗
Definitely safe for a single woman. I would start with figuring out which part of Jamaica you’d like to live by moving around the island a bit then go from there
My one regret is never returning to Jamaica I wanted to return when I was old enough to make the choice then I got married told myself I couldn't take my children away from London. The next thing I know I am now thinking of my health in a country that honestly is not meant for me as a black person and regret so much that I hadn't followed my heart and returned when I could.
Aww Smitty, if I may ask, why can’t you return to Jamaica?? That is one thing that will make sure I return to jamaica, I feel no pain when I am there. It is definitely good for your health. I hope all works out for you. ❤️🙏🏾
@@Throp Thanks. I love what you are doing. Problems are everywhere, if we keep on running away from them they will never be solved. Thank you for coming home to merge your dream with your dad's.
@@doreenmattis9467 Jamaica and most AFrican Countries mostly have DOWNS!!! and we all know why! other countries have more ups, lets not play this pandering game.
brand Jamaica sells , People loves Jamaica, the only problem is, Does Jamaican loves Jamaica? and does Jamaican understand that they can benefit from tourism , do we understand the love that outsiders have for Jamaica?, but we can’t ignore the fact that, we have to bee telling people to be careful in Jamaica unfortunately, we know that Jamaica is nice the land scape is beautiful, but it is also dangerous , the government and the police alone cannot stop the lawlessness, the people of Jamaica have to want it to stop, because I am telling you all of Jamaica could benefit greatly from tourism, if the lawlessness dies down, and don’t say it’s bad every where, I’m not interested in every where, I am not planning to retire and go back to live everywhere else ,I would like to retire from working decades in these United States and live in the land of my birth, and live in peace and quiet and safety .
I get what you are saying and the same goes for the states as you stated. Just like I tell my family here, you don't know what is out there if you never leave the walls/area that you stay in. I always use the analogy that when it snows, I only see that the snow has not been plowed in front of my house. I don't know that the street on the other roads are plowed and life is moving at a normal pace. People have to get out and see the world. I and many others happen to love Jamaica! Specifically Negril. I believe that the people of Negril see how much tourism is changing that area and its not "as bad" as one may want to think. I want the entire Island to flourish from Tourism!! It is needed. One person at a time, but it starts with Us. I will bring the change I wish to see. Thanks for watching and your feedback. We can do it!!!! Our people deserve it!!
