​@@avigindratt7608actually if your married when the child is born your name the father by default whether sign the birth certificate or not also if the mother names you they order a DNA and you must show up or they name you now on the flip side if the mother doesn't show up they either take the name father off or the mother can go to jail sometimes both.

She found out, broke up with him, and slept with her ex. She told him she was pregnant and said , "But it's not yours." He married her knowing this and he continued cheater. He knowingly placed himself in the child's life as father with all facts on the table now he wants to throw her away. He wants to present himself as a "good guy". He is in no way, shape, or form a good guy. If he does and one day decides this is not for me, that is his right to choose. She chose to cheat with the ex, so the ex is the father and responsible for the child’s welfare. The mother stated that and wants him around to keep providing for her and the child. She stated that he is the only father that she knows, but she has a real father. The same guy she keeps cheating with but has no intentions of putting on child support.
