I can’t believe how much effort Stephanie puts into the backgrounds of her videos. How many of yall can switch from being a supermarket cashier to a baker to a florist in a matter of days 🤨
I would be really interested to see a tour of where all her backgrounds are even located in her house and maybe eventually a behind the scenes at how they're put together initially
@@jlm4 I'm pretty sure that she mentioned the background is in the basement... a few times she said that she has to go up to the kitchen to put whatever into the oven/microwave
I like how the story didn't focus on how these like Ai girls/dolls are responsible for the humans actions. It somehow shows how cruel humans are because this type of actions are happening to real women and men. Side note, THE FLOWERSHOP CAME TO LIFE OMG!! LOOK AT THAT IT'S SO PRETTY!!
I would most definitely judge somebody for having a grow girl because it’s supposed to be catering to men’s fantasies but these girls can’t really consent since they have no thoughts if that makes sense but I really like how this book is a commentary on our society and r*pe culture. Grow girls are basically a way for a man to have sex or a “romantic”(quotes bc the grow girl is only there to cater to their emotional needs and they don’t/can’t have personalities which is what they want just a personal bounceboard, manic pixie dream girl vibes) without having to worry about romantically, emotionally, or physically stimulating their partner and honestly a lot of men already do that so we’re not that far off.
@GhostGun I feel you! I don’t blame you at all. I have difficulties completely trusting and feeling safe around boys/men. I only have 1 guy friend who so far has been the best! But I still get anxiety about whether or not he’s secretly a misogynist and stuff 😭 Like, I’m low key anticipating something bad to come up, although I don’t want it to. But he’s so great and unlike any other guy I’ve met/gotten to know, yet, the anxiety persists. Sorry for the ramble lol
As a South African watcher it’s so crazy and cute hearing Stephanie saying South African names lmaooo. Love her and wish she’d cover more true crime cases about us.
This totally reminds me of when I worked at Amazon it was truly frightening how many realistic full headless torsos were sent out as sex toys. I used to always try to delude myself into thinking maybe they were going to a high end fashion designer for specs. It was a far less disturbing visual than imagining a mad scientist Bundy incel eagerly awaiting their torso. Recently Amazon activist Chris Smalls said the weirdest thing he seen constantly was the same scary torsos. In the one interview he was like "Stop buying torsos out there ya freaks! WTF is wrong with you guys."
Just a jumbo-sized fleshlight for a lot of people. I wish people had better parents and more supportive communities during their formative years :/ then we'd have less Bundys in the world
@@lilyofthelabyrinthin a perfect world unfortunately, this is not the that perfect world but a fallen world 💔.. so if we could rise above our circumstances, and see things though our Lord and Saviors eyes , Jesus Christ.. what a better world.. unfortunately, not all on this earth have any good as sad as that is..
A few days ago i came across a book called 'Things have gotten worse since we last spoke' by Eric LaRocca, and immediately thought that it would be just the perfect story for a BAM. It's a disturbing retelling of the messages exchanged by two young women on an online chatroom. I can't give too much away or I would spoil it... let's just say that it gets gory...lol I highly recommend giving it a try, since it's also quite short. Keep up the good work Stephanie!!
I would judge a person on how they treat their grow job if it was a thing. How they treat something that is not human can somewhat show how they would want to treat a human female/male
I really think Scott is the one behind the hack. Even his response in the interview just gives an off vibe, like he's happy it happened and he's glad his point has been proven?? I don't know...
You always tend to post whenever I'm with my sister and she doesn't watch you but whenever I play your videos she listens because you are such a good story teller ♡♡
I'd rather find a lewd doll in a ditch than a person but if it bleeds and/or needs to be fed (the nutrition bath) I feel like that has crossed a line that can never be taken back.
I’ll say this from growing up in a cop house and being into true crime. If these girls are motionless and all that. The thing is those type of people feed off the struggle, the screams, the tears the pleading for them to not be R or killed. They feed of it. That’s what makes them drive to the ends. We had a case here long ago I forget. A serial R. He got into a girls place and when she woke she screamed but calmed down. Which confused the guy and she said. “You just going to do it either way. Why fight it now.” She didn’t get R but she was beaten cause she took the fun out of his disgusting game. Maybe for a small amount of time it could help the urge but the itch for real terror screams tears and pleading will grow. It’s why they escalate in there crimes. The itch grows more and more when things become old for them. I’m only 19:18 min in. And heard the part about it helping those type of disgusting humans. Thought I should write this as it’s fresh in my mind.
@@97weru45 honestly. That’s what truly is in it for certain people you know. Sometimes I wish I went into the criminology field but nursing was my passion
stephanie i highly recommend reading and covering a YA fiction thriller mystery book called A Good Girl's Guide To Murder by Holly Jackson. It's about a girl who takes up an unsolved murder case for her school project. BISS I LOVE THIS BOOK it's written in a way that made me feel like I was also investigating along the mc by including case notes, production logs, transcripts, maps etc. which made reading so fun and engaging! PLEASE COVER THIS BOOK I GUARANTEE YOULL ENJOY ITT! It's the first book of a trilogy, each book has its own conflict so you do not need to read all three books to understand the storyline or anything like that, however, I would recommend reading all the three books cause biss you would be MINDBLOWN! everything about the trilogy is amazing i love it so much and i hope you love it as much as i do
Omg I love this story. It’s so realistic omg. Strong black mirror vibes. I wish it would have been a full length novel. Maybe the author will expand on it later.
I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only one who's not a fan of Peterson. Lol. Very weird story, but it does make me want to hear more from this author! If you do read more of her books, Stephanie, please share. 😊
- [ ] Recommend a Chinese movie that’s trending called ‘ Incantation ‘ it’s quite a gruesome scary movie so I suggest watching with Stephaniance beside you🤪
Is it bad that this feels so real! Like I really feel this story deep in my soul! It might just be because of my trauma experiences but holy shit this feels so real! Excellent video Stephanie, thank you so much! I'll definitely be reading this xx
Always love the background visuals.❤Well the thing is there’s a lot of guys who would prefer a “grow girl” to an actual person, they don’t want to have to cater to anyone else’s desires, expectations and needs.
Girl i just want you to know that im goin through a really hard time but your voice helps me get calm and scape my brain, love you all so much and thank you for being such a good person and making us feel close to you, it helps a ton 💕
That's a really good short storyy, a big round of applause. And it's super scary what would technologies be in the near future, are they helpful to humans or a massive disruption to human race? Anyways, I love u Stephanie ❤️
Hi Steph! I started watching your channels when you had around 67,000 followers and I'm so proud of how much your channel have grown. I see your continuous hard work and effort in every single video you make and I truly thank you for all your hard works you and stephiance do!
Lab grown meat is already a real thing. It's not an animal - just basically a cell culture of the muscle tissue, which is the edible part. So it never has a nervous system at any time. It tastes mediocre, apparently.
literally obsessed w u n everything u do, helped me through so muchh ilysm😭😭 have u also read the book "it end with us"? ik its not the type of books u usually read or make videos about but im really curious about its story. would u be able to make a video abt it?
Omg! The flower shop backdrop is so pretty!!! Thank you for uploading regularly and for feeding us good stories and content. And did I mention you look so pretty Stephanie?! I will definitely watch this to wash all my worries away for a moment.
If you enjoyed this short story, you should check out the novel "Tender is the Flesh." It has a lot of similar themes, including the creation of humans "without intelligence" specifically raised as edible meat. It also has themes of the "head" (which they refer to the meat as, to further dehumanize and separate the "meat") being used as sexual outlets as well. A VERY dark book, but one you would likely enjoy if this short story leaves you wanting more.
why is it even a question if it would be a red flag or not, ofc it would be??? they buy that just for the use of s3xual pleasure? its beyond a red flag, its honestly disturbing. i got the biggest ick when ur fiance said "idk maybe not" like theres no way. theres people who actually own those dolls right now or body pillows.
I really love the way you narrate every stories💜 you make it so interesting and enjoying to listen 😊😊 there's just some words that is hard to comprehend and the whole story is so.... deep and mature 😶 but I like it... I think 🤣
i always wonder if Stephanie ever paused recording and had to look on her notes 'cause that storytelling is on another level. I need that memory to save my lifeee in the legal field right now. Me imagining Stephanie acing that recitation in law school about case presentations.
I wish the author hadn't chosen this plot/topic to write the short story on. The plot is great but it needs a lot of world building and explanation. It simply wasn't enough for it to be short story. Like Stephanie mentioned, this book would've been stellar if it was a full-length standalone novel. the ending also felt quite rushed and incomplete and felt like the author had way more to write but wasn't allowed to. But having said that, I do like the plot and how the author went about writing the story. Great BAM once again by Stephanie.
