The HORRIFICALLY VIOLENT REALITY of quarter horse racing.
HER WILD SPIRIT is (or, more likely WAS) a 3 year old filly, running at Ruidoso Downs in a QH “trials” race.
She falls face first into the dirt, flips over, and does not even try to get back up.
This absolutely looks catastrophic. She might have even broken her neck, based on how she lands.
