There may be a difference between softcore porn and hardcore porn but at the end of the day it's sexually gratifying content which shouldn't have a place on websites like Twitch. Hera gets banned for posting a dick as a JOKE meanwhile women who legitimately post sexual content receive no punishment at all. Because wearing a thong which shows 99% of your ass is "not nudity" apparently
A great example of how context matters. The same action can be sexual harassment or just proper childish fun. It all depends on who, what, where, why and how.

@@lucardumen9354 The people being mentioned by everyone in these hateful comments are NSFW streamers which is something you can be on Twitch. It might still be breaking terms of service, but it does at least explain lenience on people like ASMR streamers.
Twitch is a dumpster fire. That's the important lesson he should have learned. Should've just spent those three days streaming to RU-vid or Facebook so Twitch and his viewers can understand that alternatives exist and if they're going to go ban-crazy, people are going to start exploring other options.
And people are wondering why t90 and the Viper went to FB. Twitch isn't the only and best option anymore. I personally as a viewer hate watching on twitch. FB isn't good yet but is still new and has some better things already and RU-vid is just so nice to watch streams on.
@@williamschubert4819 I have disagreements with RU-vid, but I can't stand Facebook and Twitch is, as mentioned, awful. So RU-vid is my streaming platform of choice until alternatives come about or Twitch becomes less of a disaster.
@@williamschubert4819 Nobody wonders why they went to FB. They explained quite clearly that FB came to them with a massive bag full of money and asked them to switch, and they like money, so they did.

And while the money doesn't hurt, they also considered other factors other than money. t90 cares about the AOE 2 community and the Viper is concerned about his playing future with his bad wrist (I guess that's about money). Also Amazon is a way worst company than Facebook. Sure they sold some data but Amazon workers work under apalling conditions.
More than half of storytelling is delivery and Hera tells it very funny here :) :) Everyone else has already commented on the ridiculousness of Twitch. They take offence to a silly joke, yet let all kinds of ladies prance around near naked and licking microphones while really pretending their licking what Hera spammed for the lulz. Just ridiculous on their behalf...
@@sigurdtheblue It's not like you need proof of age to watch the hot tub streams, simply an account which can be fake. Plus I fail to see how modern day teenagers would be traumatized by a joke coded-penis when I'm sure they've seen far more online and possibly even up close. If I were Twitch, I would simply have given Hera a warning but that's just me.
to anyone complaining: just start your own streaming service with no restriction... either you fail horribly (well obviously hard not to fail) or you live long enough to ban sexual content for the extra ad money :P
I think if enough people tried they could succeed in making one that does not rely on ads or could get ads that would make the exception. However, Paypal is one of the most irritating things as they became strict about who gives money and also do not even hold your money for you anymore without a card. It could be another factor that prevents such things from succeeding.
@@sigurdtheblue yes, I'm just pointing out how many things started out free and ad-free and turned to more and more user unfriendly practices in favor for profit just look at youtube... it is what it is and it's not the worst case scenario yet
