Thank you for that delicious looking recipe. For how long can I keep the olives in the jar out of refrigerator?

I cannot wait to make this! What is the best way to purchase oilives,,,,a jar from Job Lot? can? jar from pickle isle?

just made some olives and unfortunately stumbled across this recipe afterwards. it looks amazing and i will make this next time. i just used all the ingredients at room temperature. hopefully the olives will become flavorful anyway.
