The laser section of iron dome is no longer subject to weather. In short, it is guided by infrared and another still classified targeting system so the lasers can quickly and accurately point into the path of an incoming ordinance to take it out. It does not need to hit it in flight as it reads the flight path and creates the beam into that path.
@@Contractor48 ARMs yes and hypersonic theoretically yes but the classified targeting is apparently light years ahead of anything out there but can’t make a reasonable assertion about it.
I went to Israel twice for business. The first time I was met at the door of the Askelon hotel by a gun carrying security, checking names of expected check in guest. The second time, about a year later, we had to check in into a Tel Aviv hotel, because of the increased range of the rockets. While out on a dinner with our hosts, one of them received a phone alarm, about his town being under rocket attack. At the factory, they explained that all major meeting room, were in fact capable NBC attacks shelters.
I visited Israhell, and while we went for a long working lunch all together someone was rifling through my documents in my bag looking for tech to steal. We returned from lunch to find papers out of order, staples removed and re-stapled, and mixed up the pages in our bags. They told us it was safe to leave our bags in the meeting room. Last time I go there or trust one of them. Allies myAzz.
They actually show a lot of restraint and level headedness constantly having to deal with Gaza like that. Most other nations would never be this patient
I always thought looking at cost of weapon vs anti weapon left out a lot, specifically the cost of lives and property if the "cheap" rocket is not shot down.
@Clownfish Oh you poor thing !! A few KM down form you is mass graves from entire buildings being blown up In the Gaza Strip. I’m very sorry about the hole in your neighbours house. You must be devastated " Plastic Dome " didn’t do its job, I’d be too !!!
If I'm not mistaken the US provided Israel with an anti-missile system during the gulf war to take out scud missiles from Iraq. Not laser based and was an early design but I do think it was the first system Israel had.
The iron dome preceded the Patriot by years but they are two different systems developed independently for differing needs. The patriot is also meant to be mobile, whereas the Iron dome is semi-mobile.
Its a shame... Israel under the Zionist regime had a chance in 1947 when they escaped the Holocaust in Europe and took refuge in Palestine, to reward the Palestinians... Instead Zionists adopted Nazi strategies and the erradication of Palestinians began. Shame
One limitation of laser based defense systems is the very high amount of electrical energy needed per shot. Some use a bank of super capacitors, which can recharged quickly and discharged quickly in high enough amounts of energy needed. Power sources to charge systems varies from batteries to portable power generators. There are chemical based batteries that can generate electrical power by mixing chemicals. No long extension cord from power source to laser system. It is very compact and can easily be topped off with more chemicals.
In next 5 year, 1 MW laser will be available in military-grade systems. And this will be the end of rocket threats. Such a laser interceptor will be capable to shut down anything, from drone to a large plane, in the speed of light and line-of-sight capabilities.
NASA can shield equipment from heat and radiation close to the sun. Look up the parker solar probe. While this will stop small nations from supplying effective missiles the US, China, and Russia would have the capability to make lasers obsolete.
The key is to slow down photons significantly below the speed of the light and to make them sound like "PEW PEW" even if it is in the space or vacuum. I have seen many star treks and stars wars so you´d better believe me you scientists.. Edit: I liked my own comment
Do you honestly think a 100kW laser capable of shooting down a missile is worried about a bit of water vapour? How hopelessly ignorant can you be? It would make optical targeting difficult but if you think they depend solely on optical targeting then I have a bridge to sell you in Ukraine, only slight HIMARS damage will buff out.
Israel has to think "outside the box" because each year there are more and better rockets coming into Israel. Plus drones may be used and you don't want to spend $20,000+ to $100,000 on a drone with a expensive rocket. I think a Laser would be perfect.
@@mohdzakwan1776 you have been saying that for 70 years or more and yet here they still are and there you all are in the same shit holes hoping bad things to happen to Israel. No wonder they are so far ahead of you all.
I am sure they are constantly thinking outside the box. Survival depends in it. That is why they have the best defense system. The arabs would invade at teh first sign of weakness. They only understand and fear power. Israel is much more powerful and knows it must remain so. My guts tell me Iran will have to be brought to its knees at some point unless Iranian people replace their Islamic regime by a true democracy. Who know what will happen?
"Star Trek grade phasers however might take a little while"..... I thought the shooting things down with lazers was a "long way off". Great vid cheers.
Transporter or warp drive would be nice. Why don't the Vulcans visit or share technology with us right now? Do we really have to endure WW3 and the eugenics wars first?
There is another generation of fighters in Israel and arriving in Israel, and they are Old Testament types. They will fight to win the war, not just the battle, and they will never kowtow to any foreign power trying to snatch away another Israeli victory.

Um, Sorry to break it to you, But Russia already has a laser based Anti-Air system, and has already used it in Ukraine. -- China has a Anti-air laser Weapons system too. -- Japan has a microwave pulse emitter system, they can cover the entirety of Japan with a microwave pulse, and they put miniaturized ones on their 6th gen fighters. It melts missiles, UAVS, Fighter jets, and even flak ammunition, in a 360 degree radial format. -- The Russian's also have, and have used a personnel based directed microwave based EMP system, to take down UAVs. It fries the circuits of the Hardware. These are just the ones I am aware of that are already in practical use for the past 6 months or more. -- So, I guess this is the 5th energy based weapons system, probably, and the 3rd that uses lasers to shoot down UAVS, Rockets, and other Aerial threats. Bit late to be the first though. -- But Given America doesn't have this kind of Tech yet, And The others only had it for 6 months to 4 years at most. This does put Israel on the cutting edge of military tech, along with Japan, China, and Russia. Which puts Israel ahead of America in military tech. -- Given Russia thus far has defeated 13,000,000 Troops, and nearly 30 Trillion USD in NATO Military equipment, and fortifications with just 200,000 men, and the fight is still going. That isn't a bad group to be in from a capability standard. The Russian's are proving this kind of quality can't be beat by numbers and last gen/current gen military tech alone. -- So, to have Israel at this level clearly puts them in the top 5 most advanced military's on earth. It is questionable if America falls in that group, at this point.
@JoeBidenIsTrash 1 Sorry dude but you are wrong. We don't like talking about it, but Russia, China and Japan are now the most technologically advanced Militaries on earth. That being said the tech level of the Israel military, Turkish military, and a few others seem to have passed American military tech, in one or more areas. They are not far behind The Russians, Chinese, and Japanese from what I can tell. The Iron wall is better, and more advanced, than American Anti-Air systems. As for the Turkish the Bayraktar UAVs are better, and more advanced, than Any American UAV currently existing. -- The Japanese finished development, and construction, of their microwave pulse system, around 4 years ago, if I recall correctly. The American troops pulled back in violation of our treaty with them. They then Shortly after canceled their Anti-Missile defense system contract from America, because America said it would take 5 to 10 more years, before it was finished. But Japan had a military contractor that already developed the microwave system, and just had to build it. So, japan went with them instead. Not sure when the R&D for that project happened, but I do know the military contractor in question started making moves to obtain the contract, instead of America, after we pulled back our troops, against the treaty. The 6th gen fighters just went into mass production 6 months ago, and there are at least 20 in active use to date. -- ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2ISkBDU0G74.html Here is a video on the Japanese 6th gen fighters. That Microwave pulse system they use is a smaller version of the One that defends Japan, which from what I heard, they built it inside one of the mountains in Japan, due to it's massive size. It also uses a nuclear Fusion Reactor, not a nuclear Fission Reactor, because of the massive power use. A nuclear Fusion reactor is also new tech, and produces around 30 to 50 times that of a standard nuclear Fission reactor. Now that Japan has working nuclear Fusion reactors, America, and Germany both started a project to try to also make one. -- As for the Chinese and Russian AA Laser systems, I heard there was 2 private military contractors, from the 2 nations, who were doing a joint project on energy weapons around 5 years ago. Not sure when they finished it, but the Russians used it to deal with the Turkish Bayraktar UAVs sent to Ukraine, along with their Personnel based directed EMP guns. Bayraktar UAVs are the best Europe currently has, and are notably better than the American Q9 reaper drones, and switch blades. So, Not sure exactly when the project finished, but it is clearly at a level they are now using it in practical combat. As for the Russian Laser weapon it is more or less at the test phase before mass production, just to see the results. They are using it in Ukraine, to get the data on the specs, before they mass produce them. The Russian one is called the Zadira, and based on the announcement made on it's combat tested specs, it can burn up drones 5km away within five seconds. Here is a video on the Zadira. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2Temt1AIP-w.html -- So, If the Russians have them, given it was a joint project between a Russian and a Chinese private military contractor. I would have to assume China has them too, or at least some version of such weapons. -- As for the Russian's Directed EMP gun, it's called the "stupor". It was a product of the same company, that made their before mentioned laser weapons, via cooperating with the Chinese Contractor. However, the Stupor was made jointly with an Official Russian Military R&D team. It is now being given to the official Donbas forces, in Ukraine, to combat, the Zelensky forces, and counter the UAVs being used. Here is a video on the Stupor gun; ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ggen8qhxCiA.html -- The Russians and Chinese also already have mass production, Fully automated Drone tanks, hypersonic drones, and Hypersonic missiles. The American military has to date spent 4.6 Trillion USD on R&D for Hypersonic Missiles, and Drones, over a 12 year span. However, the American military just 100% failed, a few days ago, on their hypersonic missiles tests. It was one of the worst failures possible, a total embarrassment to be frank. This is Despite both The Russians and Chinese 100% succeeded at that tech, over a year ago at this point. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yv2Y71YAkNE.html Here is a video on the American failed missile test. It referenced the Russians and Chinese 100% working Hypersonic Drones and Missiles. It is a report from a local outlet in America, out of the state of Texas. -- As for the Drone tanks there is 7 variations in mass use to date. The most widely used is the Uran-9, which has been retrofitted from their previous Remote operation method, as it is was not adequate for proper combat. It is now remotely run by a massive Limited AI based system, Limited AI is AI that is not true AI, but a AI like system. Here is a video on the Uran-9 but it is outdated, as they have retrofitted the tech since this was made, over 2 years ago. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Rkakt12kong.html -- Feel free to look any this stuff up in greater detail, it isn't too hard to find, even though the Main steam NATO media likes to avoid talking about how the Chinese and Russians are already way more advanced than American in Military tech. -- Heck, we don't like to admit the Japanese are also way more advanced than us, despite they are our allies. Mostly, given they just started militarizing a few years ago when America broke our treaty with them, and they have only around 100 billion USD Military budget. Meaning they went from being a non-military nation to passing America in around 6 years with 1/8th the budget. -- As for taking Ukraine, in 5 months Russia has defeated around 13,000,000 Troops, and around 20 to 30 Trillion USD in NATO military equipment. This includes conscripts. This is all based on Tax documents from NATO nations who sent troops and weapons, and Ukraine prior to the conflict. That means in 5 months Russia has defeated a military power nearly equal to All of Europe combined. -- As for Iraq, and Afghan. Iraq took America 8 years to take, with 6 months of air raids prior, and 10 years of sanctions prior to that. America did not gain total victory, the Iraq military force surrendered after they lost 70% of their force. The Iraq force was only around 3 million men including conscripts. meaning Russia has already defeated 4 times more men in Ukraine, in 5 months, than America defeated in Iraq over 8, years and 6 months. Furthermore, Iraq is 1/4th the size of Ukraine, meaning more area to fight over. Russia to date has taken around 20% of Ukraine, when accounting for the fact Iraq is 4 times smaller, if Ukraine was Iraq, they would have 100% taken around 80% of Iraq by now. Also, when counting NATO funding. Ukraine had 1,055 USD for every 1 USD Iraq had. -- Maybe you need to stop believing everything you hear on TV, and actually do some research before you speak on a topic.
@@alexander21. Well, unlike the Japanese, Russian, and Chinese Energy weapons, that are already being openly used in the battle fields, this one isn't even finished being developed yet. They Can't send something to Ukraine that doesn't even exist. Not like they won't try such things. NATO announced 300,000 Rapid deployment forces, to counter Russia, that have added to their rapid deployment force. However, as of Now, not 1 of those Troops actually exists, they only exist on paper. So, They have already fielded 300,000 Invisible Troops that don't exist, maybe they will do the same with weapons soon. -- To be Frank, the following nations cleared out their stock piles to the point they can't send anymore weapons without disarming their standing army; 1. Italy. 2. Germany. 3. France. 4. Spain. 5. Greece. 6. The AU. 7. New Zealand. 8. Greenland. 9. Netherlands 10. Denmark 11. Bulgaria 12. Slovenia 13. Albania 14. Iceland 15. Luxembourg 16. Croatia 17. North Macedonia To be fair, most of those nations did that under duress, mainly due to open threats from America. However, the Result is still that they have sent so many weapons, that sending more would require them to start disarming their own standing military forces. The Following nations no longer have enough guns and ammo to properly fully arm their own standing military. 1. Canada, 2. Slovakia 3. Czech Republic. 4. Belgium. As for The UK, they have sent so many guns they fall into the first Category of having only enough to Arm their own forces without enough spare weapons to send more. However. As they refuse to give up, they have devolved into Cleaning out their own Education funds for Scotland, and Whales just to buy weapons from South America, The Middle East, and Africa. -- America sent so many weapons that The official military made a statement that, as it stands, we will take 5 to 10 years to fully recover the stockpiles we sent. However, America isn't giving up either. Our nation has devolved into selling out our strategic diesel reserves to China, just to gain more funds to send more guns that we don't have to take out of our stockpiles. At the rate we are selling the strategic diesel reserves, according to a number of American agencies, we will 100% run out with in the year. -- As for troops and Mercs we sent to the Ukrainian Front lines, and/or the troops who could Retire, and clearly did Retire, to avoid being sent to this stupid fight; looking at 2021 military numbers vs 2022 numbers, to see how many men NATO lost in the Ukraine conflict, and/or retired as a result. Thus far I found the following; The UK official military shrunk by 21%. The Polish official military Shrunk by 60% The Canada official military shrunk by 59% The Romanian don't have their 2022 numbers out yet, so can't tell. The AU official Military Shrunk by 6% The American official Military Shrunk By 0.35% The Spanish official Military has Shrunk by 7% The French official Military had no change. The Germans official military increased by 6%, due to their budget bump of tripling their military budget I think. The Slovak republic official Military Shrunk by 1% The Czech Republic official Military Shrunk by 1% The Lithuania official Military had no change. The New Zealand official Military Shrunk by 42% The Austrian official Military had no change. The Italian official Military Shrunk by 19% The Greek official Military Shrunk by 16%, That loss accounts for the fact they did a limited Draft to gain 30,000 men in 2022 Not accounting for their limited draft it would have shrunk by 27%. The Belgium official Military had no change. The Denmark don't have their 2022 numbers out yet, so can't tell. The Hungarian official Military had no change. The Turkey official Military had no change. Those are based on Official Troop numbers, so it doesn't account for power loss from Weapons sent, mercs sent, Funds sent, or unlisted military units sent. However, I went into damage done to America and our Allies due to weapons already. -- That being said, I use the word allies Lightly given the following; We openly threatened over half of our allies just to make them go along with our stupid plan by our CIA, that was made in 2003, and started in 2014. Venezuela, and Libya used to be allies until we openly invaded them/bombed them. We also got caught killing the Haitian president who was our ally a number of years ago. We also openly backed cartels in 3 of our allies nations Columbia, Brazil, and Argentina. We also openly Threatened the Philippines, South Africa, and they are/were allies. We also openly broke our Treaties with over 75% of our allies, in the past 8 years, including Japan. With an ally like America, who needs an Enemy. -- All that also doesn't count damage done by our own sanctions. 20% to 50% inflation in just 5 months, and Resource shortages, in nearly every nation that took part in this Ukraine thing. It is to the point Babies and old people in America are/have starved to death, due to the food they need not existing in large enough amounts anymore. -- This fight is to the point that, not only is Russia in the Process of defeating Ukraine. Russia has also defeated 21 nations, and is on the brink of Defeating The UK, which is 3 more. Poland, Romania, and America are at the point the governments know they are not able to keep up this pace, without catastrophic damage, for more than a few years at most. -- Mind you we are 5 months in, America took 10 years of sanctions, 6 months of Air raids, and 8 years of Direct conflict, just to defeat 70% of the Iraq force to the point of surrender. Which is glaring because the Following; 1. Iraq had 1 USD in funding for every 1,055 USD in funding Ukraine had. 2. Iraq had less than 1 man for every 4 men Ukraine has already lost. 3. America and NATO sent 500,000 men in total to the Iraq conflict, but Russia, Chechnya, and Syria only sent 350,000. 4. Iraq is 4 times bigger, and Russia already took around 20% of Ukraine. 5. Iraq had very out dated weapons, most were 50 years old or more. Yet, Ukraine has/had some of the most Modern weapons America, and other NATO nations can offer. Weapons such as F15's, Himar missile systems, and a hand full of Bayraktar drones from Turkey. Bayraktar drones mind you, are better and more advanced than Any Drone America currently has, by a notable Margin. -- That Means with 150,000 more men than the Russians, and 20.4 times more time, America defeated a force around 1,000 times Less funded than Ukraine. With weapons that were more than 50 years less advanced/modern. In that fight, in total, over 8 years and 6 months, we defeated 4.6 times less men than Russia has already defeated in Ukraine. Furthermore given Ukraine is 4 times bigger than Iraq, and Russia has taken around 20%. If Ukraine was Iraq, the Russians would have already taken 80% of the entire nation, that we took 8 years and 6 months to finally defeat. That last part alone would already make Russian results in Ukraine objectively, 20.4 times better than America and NATO managed in Iraq. That is assuming Iraq had nearly 5 times the Numbers, over 1,000 times the funding, Didn't have 50 year old weapons, wasn't weakened due to 10 entire years of sanctions on them, and America didn't have 150,000 more troops than Russia has in Ukraine. Meaning in Reality Russia, thus far, has shown Results in Ukraine, around 100 times better, than what America and NATO managed in Iraq. -- Oh, And Due to the Iraq war, we had a Recession. The early 2000's recession was a direct Result of the Iraq war. However, doesn't seem like Russia is having a Recession right now. We are, but they don't seem to be. Which also means Russia's Economy alone, has proven to be much stronger than, all of NATO combined. -- It is So Ridiculous it is kind of funny. That being said, I never really had any good feelings for America, If anything this nations sickens me. An entire family of Ex or active Government employees, who adopted me at a day old, tortured me since the moment I became self aware. Even now, they are clearly far more concerned with making the scandal go away, and avoiding being Responsible for their own actions, than actually fixing it.
Not the 1st the US had laser defense turrets on naval ships 10+ years ago. Still a amazing achievement anything that helps saves lives is worth the cost
Not the mention the Rheinmetall high energy lasers that do the exact same thing that have been around since 2013, and also the Boeing YAL-1 that was first tested in 2007 designed to shoot down ICBM's.
US made LAWS is only effective within 1.6 km range. Its mostly used on near stationary boats or very slow, low flying UAV. Iron Beam has an effective range of up to 10km and destroys fast high flying UAVs and rockets. It is also mobile and will be installed on planes to cover bad weather scenarios.
This is really incredible technology. I've seen it with my own eyes shooting down around 2000 missiles in a matter of 2-3 hours. It's made with a four-year system. The Tamir missile for short range. Then comes the David sling, then. the Arrow 2. then the Arrow 3. for attack missiles come into play the Jericho 2 missile then the Jericho 3. .. shortly the Aeeow 4 will be in.

Although I’m not too happy about Israel’s relationship with Palestine. I do commend the Resolve the Israeli people. Also, the U.S. was invited by Israel to help develop and enhance the iron dome defense system and that intellectual exchange was greatly valuable to us and the Israelis. I know people think the we in the U.S. have some of the best defense systems, and that is very likely true in most cases but, the people of Israel definitely know their stuff as well. 🇺🇸 ❤ 🇮🇱
What surprises me is how patient and tolerant the Jews are. I'm actually surprised that they haven't just gotten tired of fooling with Iran etc and just wiped them out by now. They have built a prosperous country even during years of attacks, I can only imagine what they could accomplish if they were just left alone.
This channel needs to get some facts on Ratheon, which builds that system. A variety of laser weapons are now on every US naval ship and many aircraft which will cut up the enemy like sausages at the speed of light! Go ahead and see what happens when a US carrier group is attacked! Deadly! sm
God damn, $300 for each Katyusha rocket and $100,000 for each rusted iron dome and it requires not one but TWO of em, that means for every $300 Katyusha requires at least $200,000 of defense. Bogus defense. How can they put up if another 5,000 rockets flying across the skies again?
This is not the first directed energy weapon (DEW) to be actively deployed. The US Navy began fitting 30kW lasers to some of of its combat ships three years ago and will upgrade them with more powerful versions as they become available. The physical space and power generation available on a ship, especially a nuclear-powered one like an aircraft carrier, far surpasses that of any aircraft or vehicle so it is the ideal platform for this weapons technology. So long as a nation is not land-locked, ships with directed energy weapons can be used to help protect its borders from incoming missile attack, with land-based DEWs being the other half of the defense equation. Apart from costing peanuts per shot in relative terms, a DEW system also overcomes the traditional 'magazine problem' where the defender runs out of ammunition and is overwhelmed by incoming missiles.
Then there’s the Ukrainian guys using kids drones to drop upto 6 large Anti tank grenades with pin point accuracy and in many cases they are Russian made grenades which is very ironic tbh lol
One more thing ,I wonder if other types of high energy besides laser is being studied, like microwave transmission or other narrowed emissions at different frequencies.Maybe in the future?
Most industrial cutting lasers operate around microwave frequencies. Most radar operates around microwave frequencies. Many radio communications operate around microwave frequencies. Because the atmosphere - the air these things move through - happens to dampen, filter, scatter, and attenuate frequencies outside the microwave band. You can bet that weaponized lasers are designed to exploit the best spectra they can for performance, efficiency, and cost. Lasers aren't very useful vs reflective surfaces. So they have limited effect vs metal and polymer at distance. And they would have limited effect vs stealth materials or geometries.
Lasers and microwaves have been forbidden by the U.N to be used on humans or animals and this kind of laser as you know of course is used in order to destroy rockets but some individuals did develop it again recently , some consortium which wants to bring the chaos through the absurdum and they have been already punished three times . They date attack Gaza and say it is Israel doing that and they did attack Israel and declared that it was Israel ! They play :to divide in order to reign . God bless you . May peace be in and on the world !
@@elisabethkulbingerneebobvo7229 Shotguns, landmines, barbwire, flamethrowers, terrorism, and nukes are also "forbidden" forms of warfare, according to the UN. Yet many nations possess these things. They won't let failed diplomacy stop them from using these things to take what they want or defend what they have. Weapons which work are never discarded.
The challenges that will be considered in the future is reaction time of the system and human action because the future missiles, jets, and bombers will be travelling faster than the speed of sound (@Mach 3) with smoke screen. The next challenge is the effective range of the laser since the missiles, drones and bombers will be flying at least 4 kilometers above ground. The last challenge is when the Satellite will then be capable of firing lasers or concentrated radiation to the ground, and these will not be affected by lasers.
The first issue is the amount of self-invented nonsense in your comment. Although it is relatively easy to build and fly a Mach 3 aircraft use of this is limited as an S-400 SAM exceeds Mach 5. The second issue is "smoke screen". Is this referring to stealth or just a bunch of Hollywood stuff you watched on your living room TV? The next issue is that the service ceiling of your average airliner is around 13 km up, and the maximum intercept altitude of an S-400 (which is one of the more used SAMs) is 35 km (far above your average F-22 which has a ceiling of 20 km). You will not need a laser if you can lock an aircraft on radar. The last issue is the 1967 Outer Space Treaty forbids the placing of weapons of mass destruction in orbit. While lasers are not strictly classified as WMDs it is still of course the same to someone on the receiving end and sure as hell will not be allowed to slide by anyone with no suicidal tendencies.
Israel is the only country that has to continuously defend itself from constant attacks. Therefore defence is crucial for its existence. I imagine the provider of the enemy's weapons which is Iran will at some point become too much of a threat and Israel will have to destroy it's weapons plants. Then of course full scale war will break out. Let's hope that never happens but it certainly looks like it is heading that way.
If this weapon deployed just above cloud cover, it would minimize its dependence on weather conditions. As far as Air force 1 is concerned , as far back as 2010 rumor has it that then energy weapon was tested being installed on Boeing 747 which is basically Air force 1 platform to this very day.
They were on 2 747's and were very potent. The drawback has always been energy and the massive amounts of batteries needed. Even the hotshot Lithium/Cobalt are a weak battery and kids in Africa are dying like flies tunneling in for Cobalt, which is rare and depleting daily. That is why the new Naval nuke engine gives the boost you need to cut a building in 1/2! Bring it! sm
@@stevemcatee5700 Super capacitors could be used alongside batteries and boost generators. While that would not be a viable option for commercial usage it most certainly could work in military settings were cost is not the issue.
Israel is also working on technology to control the weather. Ultimately they will be able to control the terrorists brains directly so all these toys won't be needed.
Femtosecond pulsed LASERs are quantum phenomena where the dispersive absorptive, Atmosphere of classical Physics behaves as a Soliton, or self-reenforcing lens. Due to the short duration pulses, Matter that intersects with the beam explosively ablates vs the continuous LASER burning through Matter. Power output is tremendously augmented into the Terawatt range with far less Heat management issues.
